Hotel staff is friendly and helpful”
This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There is no tuk tuk around. You need to call a taxi to get around and pay THB20 extra. But you can also use their scooters to get around. The hotel doesn't serve food nor breakfast since it doesn't have a dining room. There is no western style of food before 9am. The Big C shopping mall opens at 9am at the corner of the main road. You need to take the scooter or bicycle to go there. Its too far to walk!

CleAn rooms, nice staff. The place is bit far from center, so you need a bike if staying more then one night. Hotel tented us one. Cons. Poor sound isolation

Small hotel but full of the things we need. ”
Great small hotel with balcony and free wifi very closed to Central and Big C. Around the hotel you will find lots of street food, 7-11 and congee in the morning. You can find all this with only small money. I will be back next time for sure

great value for money”
spent 5 nights there, good home base for bike/ motorbike tours around chiang rai, easy to find, located in quiet neighborhood, laundry machines, but also laundry service on request; airport close by, but the first plane is taking off only at 8:30, no night flights, so undisturbed sleep. would recommend mainly if you go with your own vehicle as its a bit far from inner city, but shops, market place and street restaurants are just around the corner.

Far from the city”
Almost impossible to find without GPS because there are no signs for the hotel in ENGLISH!!! Very frustrating to find, and impossible to get to without a car/taxi. The hotel was not even signed as SEE VIEW PLACE, so when you get there how do you know this is the hotel??? The owners just smiled and nodded when we mentioned this. They were friendly but did not really understand. The room was sterile, clean, there was a good amount of space to put things, and fridge. But the bed was rock hard. It was a single, thick, super hard foam mattress. Impossible to sleep on. When we told the owners their solution as to put a blanket ontop of the mattress: this was no help at all. The location was relatively quiet. We washed a load in their laundry machine for 20 baht, and hung it in the balcony to dry. You cannot walk anywhere from here. Only recommend this hotel for thai travellers and people with cars.

Clean new room not far from Central shopping mall.”
Small clean new room in small hotel, with a nice deck overlooking the mountains and banana trees. Hard bed, with air conditioner right over it. (Had to turn it off). Good sized fridge.Only Thai channels on TV. 2 minutes drive to Central plaza and Big C. Lots of little shops and food choices around down the street in a Thai neighborhood. Friendly staff.

Great place with very friendly service”
Friendly and good service, tried to accomadate to all guests needs. We need a bike as they don't have any for rental, but they found one for us and got the company to deliver one for our use straight to the doorstep. They then return the bike for us. Very easy going people. We booked for 5 nights but end up staying an extra night. A bit far from town, but central plaza and big c are just around the corner. Will stay there again on our next visit.

Nous avons parcouru le nord de la Thailande en voiture. Tous les soir il fallait trouver un nouvel hotel. Nous avons choisi celui-là pour son prix. L'accueil a été très sympa, la chambre très propre et surtout bien calme !

Im Grunde ein gutes Hotel für den Preis. Es liegt allerdings weit draußen und es ist schwer einen Tuk Tuk - Fahrer zu finden, der es überhaupt kennt. Auch ist es schwierig von dort wegzukommen, kein Taxi etc. weit und breit.
