NO WATER”

We stayed just for one night. Our room was located on the first floor. There was no water coming out from the shower. We never even had a shower because of it. After an hour there was a little bit of water. It was disappointing

Amazing View and Lots to do!”

I love the resort it was serene and very relaxing.There are a lot of things you can do like swim in the pool,in the sea,soak in the bathtub,play billiards,do cliff jumping or just lounge.The room was clean and it is worth its value.The only thing though is the food is a bit pricey for the portion of the servings but nonetheless it taste delicious.Owner was nice as well as the staff.We sure will be back for a longer stay

The resort is quite far from restaurants with very weak mobile recepetion yet they do not have good selection of food. Staff are friendly but not really good in assisting guests. We rented a private van for our tour through the resort, since we left something in the van we seeked assistance to help retrieve the items we left, unfortunately there was no feedback on this. We have to leave really early to catchnournboat schedule and flight and when we checked out, no one was there in the reception. Room is not well maintained. No generator set. Pool is really dirty. In house guests does not have a place to lounge on as it has been occupied by walk in guests who only paid Php 150 for the whole day.

Worst Experience!”

Hotel does not accept credit/debit cards. Staff is every unprofessional!!! We booked two Family rooms but turns out there is only one Family room. The lady at the front desk said, they are not sure why Agoda (and Booking.com) allowed us to book the same room twice. They gave us another room and promised a Bungalow room as well (we are a group of 10 with our client who stayed at another Bungalow suite). By the time we got back to the resort, we were informed that the other lady at the front desk made a mistake and thought that the guest staying at one of the Bungalow suites we're supposed to occupy isn't due for check out until the next day. The front desk receptionist wasn't apologetic at all and appears to put the blame on us. While we were having the conversation, she was playing a loud music to which I had to ask her to turn off. We were exhausted from the day's activities and all we wanted was to rest. The view is great but find somewhere else to stay that's worth your money!

The room is big, but the bed is not comfortable(Too Hard), Beautiful sunset view.. Good to stay for 1 night! The stairs are very slippery, should be more friendly for the guest to stay...

Nice pool situated right on the beach with magnificent sunsets the food quality was not great but the rooms were big and spacious and the owner tended to our needs quickly and efficiently

No daily housekeeping, doors hard to open, staff unhelpful, no running water, showers didn’t work, showered in cold water, beds the hardest I’ve ever slept in. Really really bad, I will be requesting my money back. Stay elsewhere.

the place was in need of total renovation.I had a big jacuzzi as part of my bungalow and asked every day for it to be filled up so I could use it.Just before I left on the 3rd day they had filled it.

Some of the rooms might be good but the rooms we got were super outdated and not clean. The pool(s) have no Running water so IT is super dangerous to swim. Breakfast is not included, very expensive and you get just a little bit. The People were friendly and the view is good. You can have lunch/diner at u story their neighbours restaurant which is good. The tricycle Guy Ronny they call for you is super Nice! IT is a place for Chinese People

The Asian guy at reception with the glasses is really nice, upgraded our room. The facilities are amazing and the sunset is so breath taking. The only downside is that there are lots of bugs and ants in the rooms, and pretty far from the shops so you should rent a bike.

The staff didnt serve us at dinner even if we collected food-menues from the staff at the reception. We then decided to walk away without ordering and ate at other places during our stay. Felt like the staff didnt want us there. Room had a bad smell.

The resort is tired and needs a spruce up and clean up”

Whilst the staff were really great. The resort is some distance from bars and restaurants (except one restaurant next door). My main issue is that the room and bathroom were not clean, especially the bathroom which still had the soap from the last people that stayed there and hairs and soap splashes in the sink and in the shower

Views to die for!!!”

Hotel is undergoing renovations but still was a very comfortable stay. The manager, Shawn, was so helpful and went beyond to always be of assistance. The Snorkeling off the cliff at the hotel was as good as other paid tours. And the sunsets were incredible, best seen!!!! Highly recommend!

Construction site with rude staff and ants in the bathroom ”

They conveniently forget to mention that this place is currently under construction. As soon as you walk in, there are construction workers working even when the sun goes down. We were placed in a room directly next to the workers where the curtains didn’t fully close and anyone could see right into our room. This whole hotel targets Chinese people so PLEASE do not stay here if you are not Chinese. ANTS in the bathroom and the most uncomfortable mattresses and this was one of the newly built rooms on the property, topped off with receptionist staff who could not be bothered to even look up when I approached the counter.. fair to say that we will never even think to consider staying at this place again.

Agoda needs to review this hotel thoroughly. Pictures on agoda was quiet deceiving. We booked this place thinking of having a nice view of the sunset and thinking that the place was really amazing. Never mind of the location but the place itself wasn't up to my satisfaction and value of money was really bad. For the price of $71 a night I could have a cozy room with a bath tub already, complete set of toiletries. But that's not what we're expecting when we came. Instead, we had a room that is worth $20 or less. The bathroom drainage is clogged, the room itself looks old and under maintenance that what it feels like. The pool wasn't that clean, the staffs are not well trained. We're having breakfast while the other staff is sweeping the floor. Upon entering the property there's already constructions going on. Overall experience was horrible in that property.
