Old and tobacco smelling room. ”
Upon arrival in our room, we realized that the smell (old and cigarette smell) was terrible. The room was OK, dated but OK, but the carpet was old and smelly. We ask for another room. The person at the reception told us that she will work on it and have it ready for our return after dinner. When we came back the new person at the reception told us that no one informed him and he couldn't do anything at that time. So all together bad experience definitely not worth the money.

There is no amenities or restaurant with view. Room never got fully replenished. Mini bar replenish guy knocks and just walks in without any heads up. Ridiculous!
