Good breakfast ”
The lobby and restaurant are nice, but the rooms and gym are severely lacking. Rooms are small and have dirty old carpeting, no where to put all your things especially in the bathroom, and you can hear your neighbors. Not sure how this is a 5-star establishment. The only thing I liked about this hotel was the breakfast.

Small rooms but friendly staff”
The rooms feel smaller than the square foot/meter size listed in the room type and Agoda's "Premium Room" is actually the standard/"Classic" room but the hotel is in a great location and the staff are friendly and attentive.

Not really 5 star one”
Location is great. Staff is great. But the room is not really 5 star. Our check in time was 2pm, but we didn't get our room until almost 4pm. They couldn't tell us how long we needed to wait to get the room. Not a great experience on a heatwave day.
