Great place to stay in Philly!”
This is a very nice 4 Star hotel right in the center of downtown Philadelphia. You can't beat the location. There are two parking garages on the block and a trolley station entrance also on the block. The hotel is on the main street of the business district. We had a room with two queen beds, a sofa, a desk, and a large bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean and everything worked the way it was supposed to. The hotel is modern and tastefully appointed. I have read some of the other reviews and I wonder if they are talking about the same hotel or if they just woke up on the wrong side of the bed. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops near the hotel. It was a 15 minute walk to the Barnes Museum, which is not to be missed. I look forward to staying here again in the Springtime.
Very clean and central location”
Stayed here over a weekend to celebrate my partner's birthday and the room was very clean, spacious and had both a microwave and fridge. We had the king size bed and it was very comfortable. Nice location as it was near city hall and most of Philly's main attractions. I actually parked in the parking garage next door on 19th street using Spothero and paid half of what I would've paid if I were to park at the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
Pleasant Stay”
I had a pleasant stay here. The hotel is dated but is clean and well kept. Walking distance from 30th Street Station if you're taking Amtrak to Philadelphia. Few minutes walk to popular tourist spots like Independence Hall, Reading Terminal Market, Chinatown, etc. as well as good restaurants. Will stay here again.

The location is perfect , the place is nice but the personal are rude ..not nice not supportive , the parking is super expensive it’s 55 dollars per day which is huge ! Nothing special about that hotel it’s really too expensive for what it is

It was a good deal, so I shouldn't complain anything. I guess they offered the deal because the structure parking connected to the hotel was under construction. Actually the noise didn't bother me at all because my room was on higher floor and I didn't stay in the room during the day on weekdays. I stayed there for 4 nights. Housekeeping didn't come one day. 2 completely water bottles and tiny L'ocitane amenities were served for only the arrival day. Towels and bed linens are nice enough but it's dusty. It is in the convenient location with many shops and restaurants near by, but the hotel is on the busy Market Street, so you would hear sirens and people screening at night.
