Wow what a great place! Rooms are like brand new! Pools clean! Great water! Staff friendly! I just booked for one night in had run as I wanted to get way from full moon crowd!! I’ll definitely come back and stay again ! For the price it’s one of the best deals I’ve had in The islands!

A great bargain”
The staff at this hotel were wonderfully attentive and happy to help. The resort is located close to the pier in Haad Rin and everything within the town is only a short walk. The room was a good size and well maintained. This resort was very competitively priced I would happily recommend it.

Perfect for general getaway or Full Moon Party”
Pros: - Within easy walking distance (less than 10 minutes) to Haad Rin beach - Various pools, all well maintained and with staff to hand for drinks etc - Clean and spacious room with tea and coffee making facilities, a smart TV and decent air con - Staff were attentive - The food at the restaurant is amazing, including the western dishes - Lots of friendly dogs; we love dogs so it was a bonus for us, but if you are weird and don’t then don’t stay here - Housekeeping do a great job at cleaning the room Cons: - Wifi was hit and miss - A man at reception tried to charge us 400 thb to the pier, when it was 300 from the tour booking service by 7/11 (both are run by the hotel)

Nothing bad about this place, the staff are nice, rooms very clean and well presented, the pools are beautiful and the sunset is breathtaking!!! We met the manager David who was great and made us feel very welcome! Definitely made the experience in the island much more special. Will return for sure!

New and clean”
The room we had - garden room - was huge ,clean and very comfortable. The hotel is about10 minutes walk to the center of haaf Rin.. hard Rin is anyway very small -so a bit walking is nice...

Great location ”
Place was nice and close to a lot, we rented a bike from there no hassles from that, air con was leaking and tv wasn’t working that was fixed super fast, lots of stairs though so if you aren’t ready for that get ready haha. Staff was friendly and helpful, beach is dirty from garbage in the sea and pool was very refreshing. Tv international channels were a little useless two English channels that were just with Christian shows which really was our cup of tea lucky I had my iPad for bedtime entertainment

Hotel was ok bit dated needed update but clean bed and pillows we very comfy we paid €30 a night but when full moon party was on prices went right up to €120 per night so check when it’s on 15-20 min walk from town nice coffee shop down the hill does lovely breakfast and stuff

Great bed”
We stayed here a few days after the full Moon party cause that isn’t for us, and it was dead quite, just a few people on the hotel and the whole village was without tourists. Kind of boring. Staff is not very friendly either. Bed was great and so was the breakfast. I would not go here again. Other places on the island is much more friendly and cosy.

This hotel is one to skip. It’s so dated and even the newer rooms are not kept a up.

המלון סביר ולא מעבר, אבל נקודת השיא היתה שלא היה לנו wifi לילה שלם!! לא יכולנו אפילו להזמין טיסה!!”
ממשיך מכאן: כמובן שבצורה הנוחה ביותר כשביקשנו פיצוי אמרו לנו שאין להם אפשרות כי הזמנו דרככם, דרך אגודה ואין החזר כספי. אמרנו להם שלמיטב זכרוננו חלק מההסכם היה wifi בחדרים בנוסף לזה שאין החזק כספי. בנוסף כשביקשנו מגבות חדשות בערב אמרו לנו ששירוץ החדרים כבר נסגר, המזגן לא מקרר והניקיון בחדר ברמה הבסיסית ביותר. ממש מאכזב! זה הרבה פחות ממלון ברמה נמוכה, זה יותר הוסטל ברמה סבירה. את ההמלצה שלנו ליתר המטיילים הוא לא יקבל, וכמובן שנרשום גם פוסט מסודר בפייסבוק בעניין הזה.

The beach is full of rocks and the workers are just rude. Only looking after your money. That ruins the experience

The tree at the beach front should be cut bec the guest will see the sunset better. Also the blue light at the beachfront stairs was not fit the atmosphere at evening. Can be other color.

Terrible, catastrophic dirty place ”
I don’t know how much photoshopped they used for the website but the difference with reality is shocking ! Rooms old dirty humid, entire complex is super old. I also had insects coming out the tap!!! Full of wild cats that go in your table when you eat. Staff is very nice but management is terrible. I only stayed 2 nights instead of 5 because it was ruining my entire holidays ! Shocking ! The villa part of the hotel is supposed to be better but the classic buildings are awful. No intimacy as all your neighbours (noisy!!!) can see you from your room so you have to close all curtains. Ac must be from the 70s it is so noisy! Terrible stay. I lost my money and went to Bangkok in emergency because I’m allergic to cats and the wilds one we’re everywhere (staff found it funny...)

i have not much to say exept giid thibg about this place ! we had the sea view room and was amazing ! staff always smile at you and say hi and ready to help you. take the included breakfest it worth it ! its a buffet and you can have omelette bacon pancake brownies toast cereal croissant fruits etc and thai food aa well ! we stayed at 15 hotels in thailand so far and it was the best bed, so confy! usully they are hard... rooms are big clean and bathroom too ! only bad thing i have to say is its not so soundproof so if you have loud people next door jt migth disturb you. well located to haad rin beach and party but bit far from town . pool and bar is nice too.. dont hesitate to go there it worth it !
