I would NOT book here again ”
Pretty crappy place altogether. Lots of drug traffic and prostitutes. Remote doesn’t work, wifi is terrible, comforter on the bed is NOT a comforter. $125 deposit on top of the room is kinda ridiculous also. Comp breakfast waffles were ok but not a whole lot positive to say about this place. Lots of better options in the area.
Improved property”
Glad to see this place is getting a makeover. Wayyy cleaner than a year ago. 👍👍
Not the best”
When we were in line to check in, someone who had already checked in told us to leave because the place was filthy. It had a very rundown look to it. They had a piece of paper on the wall that said they only did laundry from the rooms every three days. So that to me meant that if someone slept in that bed last night there was a possibility I would sleep on their sheets. Yuck. Got to our room and yes the sheets looked like they had been slept on. I asked for clean sheets and they said they didn’t have any. Luckily for us we had blankets in the car that we laid on the beds and extras that we use to cover up with. Pillows also. The bedspreads had cigarette burns on them. How many years has it been since we haven’t had smoking in hotels. And the bathroom while fairly clean, had lots of problems. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut, there was an outlet by the sink that had exposed wires. The shower handle in the shower was broken and was tough to maneuver. It was cold in the room when we got there so we turned on the heat. We barely got the room to 66 for overnight. If we had been staying there during the daytime that probably would’ve been too chilly. When asked about extra towels so each of us could shower, they gave me one hand towel. They said they would not have clean ones for a day and a half. I always assumed when Wyndham was involved with a hotel that it was of better quality than this. At least in my travels that has held true. I will think twice when staying at a Wyndham hotel in the future due to this.
Emergency Stay”
If it's all you can get, then it's passable. Otherwise look somewhere else. Overall maintenance is needed, room was OK, but insufficient towels and hallway smelled and needed deep cleaning desperately. The breakfast was a joke, minimalistic is an overstatement. Like I state in the title in an emergency situation it will do.
Trash customer service”
The 3rd shift desk employee ( Wes )is absolutely the most disrespectful human being I have ever crossed paths with. My husband had a phone call while he took our dog outside and when he came back into the hotel he decided to step into the stair well to continue his conversation rather than be on his phone in the hall ways or risk waking me up as ive been sick with covid and bed ridden. Out of no where Wes busts into the stair way and proceeds to tell my husband to get off the property and calls him " a disgusting lowlife piece of shit*t ". Apparently the hotel has a continuous problem with homeless people sneaking in the hotel trying to find places where they can get warm for a minute or where they can hide and stay warm. For obvious reason my husband was understandably livid and tells him that he has a room but just needed to continue his phone conversation, Wes doesn't apologize and when my husband tells him that he needs to watch how he talks to people cause it's unnecessary and disrespectful especially when we have been staying at this hotel for almost 3 weeks now and are DAILY PAYING GUESTS, not weekly recieving a discounted rate at all but daily rate paying guests. I hear Wes yelling at my husband right outside my door feom my bed and rush to see what the commotion is and as i open the door i hear Wes threaten my husband with the police so I tried to ask what was going on and my husband tells me what Wes said to him and I asked why he would call him that and he said that while he was doing his rounds he heard a dog barking in the stair well ( my dog has never barked for any reason except when he " speaks " to get a treat. ) and when he opened the door he didn't get a good look at him so he mistook my husband for a homeless man and snapped at him before he was told that he was indeed a paying customer with a hotel room. I told my husband to get inside the room because it was obvious that Wes didn't care what he said he felt like he could speak to anyone he w
