Bad experience ”
The Hotel smells very bad, dirty and doesn’t have hot breakfast. They only gave us 1 muffin and a cup of coffee for breakfast. Front desk employee is very friendly.

It’s a dirty, broken cesspool of a place and Agoda should be vetting better.

You need to hire way better employees. It makes no sense that I pay all this money and I can't even get a clean bathroom with clean shower curtains... You people are nasty and don't believe in using Clorox. I have 2 small babies at that... I had to bathe them in the sink, y'all shower was too nasty

Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this property. We made this reservation strictly because of the Wyndham name., as we needed lodging for the night before we left on a cruise. The room was dusty, mold covered the rim of the bath/shower, carpet & bathroom floors were filthy, rodent & bug infestation was obvious, furniture was old & in poor condition. We arrived at 3 a.m. from CA & could not believe the number of transients in the area. We intended to leave some of our luggage for our cruise locked in the trunk of the car, but decided not to do that, as we were concerned it would be stolen. There were no luggage carts, as the night manager said they had all been stolen. This required we carry all of our luggage up two flights of stairs. There is no elevator. There were several people on the property who said they "lived there." One said he had lived there over a year. We wondered if some arrangement was made to provide housing for indigent residents. These individuals did not help to ease the concern we had about the safety of the property. Overall, this was a terrible experience. The property & room were poorly maintained, & safety was a definite concern. I would not stay there again, even if the room was free. This is the most negative review I've ever given a hotel/motel.
