This hotel is very affordable
Preferable for smokers”
I like enough clean room, convenient location; the staff were very friendly. I dislike that in the room for non-smoking tobacco things smelled like tobacco, as if a smocking man had lived in this room for a long time. Moreover, there was no smoke in the air. It is was not just my room that smelled like tobacco. It was everywhere - in foyer, in the corridors, on the stairwells between floors.

So for the money i paid it wasn’t bad. But it’s tru you do get what u pay for here. So I thought there was a free complementary breakfast there wasn’t. Before we slept our 1st night. We called the front desk and asked about pillows and more towels. They replied that they do not cover those items. But earlier asked us if we need anything to just give them a call. Then we get into our room you can tell someone was just recently in it and the smell was horrible. The light fixtures where almost destroyed. And there was a pill in the floor in the back of the room so u know no one came and vacuumed. The door knob to the bathroom was broken. And there was Dust and Mold above the Curtin Blinds and above the Shower. So Besides all that the Location to the Mall was amazing. And honestly as long as ur only using the room to sleep and shower in your fine. If u plan on spending more time then that. You don’t wanna be in there. Hope this helps

* The outsourced reservation company is incompetent, rude, and aggregating. * The company false advertises price and amenities on Google. * The smell of smoke assaults you when you walk in the door. * The entire 1st floor (non smoking rooms) reeks of smoke. * The entire 2nd floor (non smoking rooms) reeks of pot layered with the smoke. * The comforter AND blanket AND sheets AND carpet had legit holes from burns. * The WiFi didn’t work. * IT WAS GROSS!!!!!!!! Not even worth the discount I found DURING the time I was on the phone with the reservation company. * The company wouldn’t even let me sign up for rewards until AFTER I booked so I wouldn’t even benefit until my next stay. * The front staff was nice.

I booked this and hour before my last minute departure. I needed a hotel friendly hotel since my dog was coming with me. Upon my arrival I was told no pets so I requested a refund and much to my surprise they handed me my keys. I booked and paid for 2 nights but spent only one.. I was afraid to even live my car..
