The room is clean and tidy. The balcony provides a nice view of the city. The hotel is also near convenience stores, restaurants, etc. I highly recommend this place. Ms Liezel was most accommodating and super nice! Thank you! Til next time!

I was hesitant to book for a condo since I am used to stay in hotels. Space are good for couple or trio. Location is actually good, just around the rotunda and have access for market and malls. Pay parking at 50 pesos per entry is a nice deal since you are sure have a good slot, and since most establishments can be just a few minutes walk, you wont need to use your car. View at the balcony is okay, since at night, city lights are good , samahan mo pa ng nice cold breeze. Although the bathroom and cr is quite small for a 6ftr like me, ill still give them 8/10.

Great view on the 11th floor. The room was clean. Aircon was working perfectly fine. Wifi was also working fine Hot and cold shower. Simple kitchen with oven, ref and water heater, kitchen utensils. Swimming pool was a bit crowded but I was there for the view. Minor repairs must be done with the shower door. It has a nice balcony to relax at night overlooking the night lights and star gazing. Ms.Kheyres was very accommodating. And very pleasant to talk with. Will definitely visit and book this place again.

Location is perfect. Its walking distance to malls, stores, resto, grocery stores. You can appreciate the beauty of Taal lake from the balcony. The one in charge of the condo is responsive to inquiries and there was no delay during check in. Parking is not a problem. Wifi connection is fast Aircon is functioning well. All cooking utensils are readily available. Refrigerator is clean. This place is highly recommended .

Stayed to celebrate mother’s birthday and looking back in 2021 when we stayed here, the homey vibe is still the same. Paid P450/extra head/night Went well: Water heater, Netflix, WiFi (bonus: weather) Even better: cooking ware, plates, cups and glasses (mas okay siguro kung babasagin basta may checklist with cost as reference if lost/damage; unlike pag plastic-made); a water dispenser may be beneficial too in the long run 😊 additional pay nalang siguro yung cost ng 1 round (5gallons) of water ☺️ or kahit si guest nalang ang mag purchase ng tubig Thank you, thank you! Sa uulitin po.
