Just went there with the family, we rented 4 raft rooms. This is a wonderful place and if you enjoy nature this is definitely the place to stay at. Such a wonderful change from all those hotels with no personality! Service was very attentive, the rooms were very clean. We also had some food right by the water and it was also a great experience. Will definitely stay again!!!

Friendly and patient staff. A bit difficult to communicate with them as they couldn't understand English. But we used Google translate to solve this. Anyway very appreciate for their service. Great location and valuable accommodation. Help to rent the car when we requested to go around the city. Nice to take picture within Hotel compound.

After Covid situation, They were closed for 3 months and everything seem broken and need renovated ”
We arrived after 2 pm. room still not ready, when they took us to the room we booked, toilet was very derty, look like not cleaned yet, used towel hanging and floor was dirty, I took pictures to show to the staff at reception, He has changed room for me but still not really clean room, no drinking water in the fridge, It could be understand after they have no customer for 3 months but if not ready shouldn't open.

Neither natural enjoyment nor comfort was obtained. The fence had a bare steel frame. There was air conditioning in the room, but the operation noise of the outdoor unit was annoying. And there was a bar next to our room, the noise of the refrigerator there was loud, so I needed ear plugs to go to bed. There were a lot of ants in the room and we needed to get rid of it.

Not a Resort At All”
I arrived and was greeted by name. Staff watered extremely nice. Went to room, it was locked and not cleaned. Staff sad I had to wait because they didn’t know I was coming as they don’t view Agoda reservations. I argued, they found a another room. It had showers curtains as window drapes, ants all over, even large ant mounds in the bathroom and on the wall. I had to buy ant spray. No water, food was over priced, like B300 for fried rice. No staff available, no cleanliness. I talked with manager who manages from Bangkok. Staff complained that he is the son oof a rich man and only collects the money. He appeared very lazy to me and uncaring of the customer. I left a day early could not stand it. Beware. The other reviews That showed 4 stars are fake, even staff said that.

Badly maintained resort”
Resort doesn't at all look like as shown in the pictures. Its very badly maintained. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Room ceiling is broken , no proper lighting in the room, plants growing inside toilet....

Rustic and Laidback”
Peaceful and quiet surroundings. Luckily we are there during the off season. Throughout our stay there were on the average 2 or 3 other families as guests. We were looking forward to jump into the river but was repulsed by the murky waters and full of floatsam. The other turn-off was that our toilet flushes directly into the river. I believe further upstream, all other resorts adopt such practice as well. Our alternative option for a dip at the swimming pool was another turn-off as it was not maintained at all, with algae filled greenish water. Breakfast was average. Tap and flush water supplied to the rooms are also tapped from the river as it is full of sediments. The saving grace is the friendly staff. Not recommended for those who prioritize cleanliness.

Hotel is just along the river, very relaxing. For rafting room type, bear in mind you may need walk down a flight of stairs to reach the room, so is very inconvenient while having big luggages. Luckily the staff did help out to move the luggage, the staffs are extremely nice and helpful. There's even 1 staff could speak very good English which solves our communication problem. Dinner is available may just order through the staff, food is nice and worth the price. small regret is that we unable reach the hotel before the sunset, believe it will be a very nice view from our room however we just missed it. Overall totally recommend this hotel, definitely will visit again when have the chance .

We stayed on the raft house, it was really peaceful and beautiful view of the River Kwai.

No facilities, and although the staff were lovely, there was a loud karaoke party, and it's not made for non-thai nationals
