I'm pretty sure we had chosen a room with our own toilet facilities but we did not receive this, there were mould stains on the carpet as there was a small shower in the room. A plug in heater that was either to hot when it was on or too cold when Turned off. And the bed! I've never had such a bad night's sleep in my life! I'm still recovering. My back and my stomach was aching for 2 days, it felt like all the springs had gone, digging into me and the bed sank in the middle when you layed on it. A proper quilt wasn't provided just 2 sheets one of which was thin, not good for the cold weather! We booked this as a last minute thing, after deciding not to travel home.in the middle of the night, we got to the hotel so late in the night it felt pointless to complain as we were leaving at 6am the next day but frankly I was appalled! You really do get what you pay for in London. If your needing a bed for the night, don't be cheap or you will regret it
