beautiful hotel, surrounded by trees and plants, and the back right on the river! We had a river view and it was perfect, nice pool and the backyard was very clean and very quiet (except when the boats would come by) but has very cute seatings on the river for dinner, loved it. And the staff were great! Very helpful. The room was super clean and spacious. Short walk to the city area, can rent bikes. Buffet breakfast was pretty good too! Totally recommend this little oasis. and definitely going back.

Relaxing and low key”

We stayed two nights at this hotel and would recommend it if you want a small, quiet hotel by the river. The service is not that of a 5 star hotel but was fine and nothing to complain about. To their credit the staff were all hard-working and were friendly. It comes down to your wants if you want to stay at this hotel: if you want 5 star treatment with gyms, saunas etc then this is not the place for you. However, if you want a small friendly hotel with beautiful views, tastefully decorated and comfortable rooms away from the main part of town (about 20 minutes walking to famous bridge) and a relaxing time then I would recommend this place.

Nice breeze, Breakfast is ok for small scale of hotel and there are so many restaurants around. I definitely will come back and this is one of my new favorite hotel in Kanchanaburi.

Hard beds”

Location: Peaceful location and worth staying if you plan on being near the river.. at night you can hear the music from neighboring hotels/resorts which only made the ambience much better. we spent most of the day visiting other place like, Erawan falls/death railway station- and only spent evenings at the hotel. Its about a ten minute bike ride to main road with bars/restaurants and massage salons. Hotel: Its true the staff hardly speak English however they are able to anticipate guest needs. They helped set up a tuk tuk to the bus station for our return to BKK. We also stayed on the top floor (4th floor) - there isnt a lift but id say its about 10 steps each flight. The beds are hard but the bathtub made up for it.

I loved the hotel, the pool is beautiful. The decoration and the room size is great. The bathroom is small but well equipped with right amenities, and there is a standing shower that is great too. There is a but. The clealiness. The hotel seems to be clean as the colors are kind of dark, deep purple eggplant color. The room looks clean but there are small ants around the coffee and tea making facilities. We did have also ants in the sink in the bathroom. The sink had kind of patches of a white thing around. There are some damage parts in the room that should be repaired. Windows are huge and need to be cleaned too to enjoy that amazing view they have. Bed and linen are quite clean, the views from the room are amazing, full river kwai view in all floors. Lower floors, probably a little less, but views are stunning anyway. The breakfast is limited but sufficient. It is more than enough but the kitchen, open kitchen, is messy and untidy. There are little ants around the bread and croissants. The breakfast view is amazing, right in front of the river. will be amazing if they could decluttered the amount of chairs around. On the way to the pool there are 2 small rooms: one seems to be the kids playroom and the second one, kind of library or meeting room. Both are completely messy and full of staff, cluttered. Not a good look when you walk to the pool. The swimming pool is stunning, maybe with white marble tiles although the wooden floor are in desperated need of repair, some of the wooden boards needs to be fixed because walking bare feet can be even dangerous. We couldnt enjoy the hotel at night. but they have a very nice cozy garden that we would love to enjoy as seems they have a nice bar to enjoy the views of the river with some music. Staff is very friendly and willing to help, but seems they are the ones who took over the hotel, thats why probably the hotel is a bit messy and cluttered as there is not management present. Great spot for a weekend getaway”

The Glory has a great spot on the far side of the River Kwai with a beautiful view from all rooms. Very friendly, welcoming staff, refreshing infinity lap pool, free bikes and a tasty breakfast. Negatives, depending on your needs, are the lack of an elevator (we enjoyed the exercise from the four floors of stairs to reach our room on the top floor) and very hard mattresses.

All good except the wall is quite thin. I could hear people talking or watching TV from the next room or even when they used a bathroom.

Small hotel with Nice view ,good staffs. ”

The hotel close to the river. The best part is Nice view and nice staffs. Not suit for the eldery as low rise building so there is no elevator . The mattress is hard not comfortable. If wanna stay away from the chaos things this place is recommended.
