Renewal of Vows”
This is essential an Ishika appreciation post. Our whole trip to India was only planned in 4 days. I booked Oberoi to celebrate my birthday. My husband surprised me and decided to make arrangements to (belatedly) celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. With only a few days to plan, he reached out to Oberoi to help him plan a renewal of vows ceremony, together with a photo and video shoot for the day. Then comes Ishika, who took care of us from check-in onwards. She is the embodiment of service and hospitality. She made sure everything needed for the day of our ceremony was booked and ready - from arranging a private vehicle to shop for outfits in the city (shout out to the hotel driver Bunty who was an expert navigator and semi-tour guide), arranging a Mehndi for me, booking a hair and make up artist, to purchasing (and treating us) with last minute wedding accessories. Pretty sure she can be a wedding coordinator if she wanted to. She even gave us a personalized anniversary present, which was a sweet and thoughtful touch. As to the resort, the sprawling property was beautiful and well kept. It was wonderful to see all the peacocks all over the garden. The pool was perfect for the summer heat. Our villa was spacious, clean, complete with amenities, and comfortable. The restaurants served delicious regional Indian cuisine and the bar handed out quality cocktails. Needless to state, service all throughout was impeccable. Everyone was attentive to our needs. We would highly recommend this resort for people who want to visit Jaipur and be away from all the chaos of the city.

A beautiful property on 32 acres with plenty of paths for walking and enjoying the wildlife. There are 200 peacocks who did many “dances for us to observe up close. There is a 300 year old Shiva temple on the property. We stayed in the Luxury tent which was fabulous . It gives you very nice private outside shaded sitting and lounging area. Perfect place for room service breakfast. Very spacious and well laid out and beautiful. The staff was friendly, courteous and attentive at every turn! The spa treatments were divine. We especially appreciated the chefs accommodating our special food requests including early dining. Just note it is about 20 minutes from the city center. But a great respite to unwind when you get back from busy Jaipur.

They exceeded our expectations in terms of service and hospitality. We had gone there as a couple for 3 nights. But just one night before reaching our flight had gotten cancelled. We immediately intimated the reservations team and even though we had booked from 3rd party, they were very accommodating and moved our reservation by one day. Throughout our stay, we received exceptional service and warm greetings from the staff. The property itself is brilliant even though the area outside is not that developed. We look forward to visiting again!
