friendly hotel”
Good location between Patong beach and Kamala beach. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Lots of food just outside the hotel and a beautiful beach with a nice sunset view. hotel room is a more too classic style. Honestly, I have a very good night's sleep peacefully there. Balconies have a great view of the sea and green hills. You can walk around easily every way from this hotel. My son is just 7 years old, love it so much, and stays here. He loves the room, the staff, the beach, and all. What you pay and respect that’s what you will get here. Take note if you need something ask the hotel staff humbly and in a friendly, they will do their best to help out with everything. Thank you so much.
Some faults but best room view ever”
I have travelled all over the world, many 5 stars Hotel. But this hidden small hotel Kalim had room give me one ofbest sea view ever. The staff same my mamma the best, ok tv was not working, and hole place need total fresh up😄. But great great value and se me again soon

Old dated hotel with character. The AC in my room on the "penthouse" 5th floor walk up. They didn't complain about my guests and I sleeping on rooftop outside the hotbox room so that's a plus. I wouldn't recommend staying there with no AC. The staff were helpful. The location and view from the room was ok. Yes there is a garbage dump nextdoor but the price of this was so low I wasn't expecting much but it was better than I thought based of the horrible reviews I read.

Located across the road from the beach. Food stands at night. The hotel itself has seen better days, but is good enough. The biggest downside was the garbage dump across the road. Trucks would arrive daily, but never had enough room to take it all away.

Slight problem with water for taking a shower in the afternoon. There wasn't any, It was restricted obviously due to the water shortage in phuket,, but I like the location for its calmness away from the crowds in the center of Patong. If you're fairly fit you can walk along the seafront and roadside. Not a problem
