Nice views from club level room. Bathroom is small and I couldn’t sit on the toilet bowl with the bathroom door opened as it was right at the edge of the bowl. Booked the room from Agoda but I noticed in the floor plan that it was the smallest room on the level.

This hotel is well located and within an 8 minute walk to Union Square. Rooms are decent and most of the staff, save for some exceptions, were really friendly.

추천해요 Good memory”
생각보다 방도 넓고 뷰도 좋고 친절하고 모두 좋았어요. 깨끗했고 청소도 하루 제외하곤 깔끔하게 해주셨습니다. 다만 방음이 안되는 것 같아서 딱 하나 아쉬웠네요! 넓은 룸 찾으시는 분들께 특히 추천해요! It was so great place to look around ! Nice view, Everyday cleaning, Kind service, Amazing location, enough room for two people. Only one thing that we got suffered is noise. Every my family member experienced noise problem . Except that, It was so great memory to stay there.

Facility and location are good but bad experience with service. The hotel took twice credit card amount. At check out moment, still took a wrong amount again. Front desk did not provide sufficient description. And at the end, the amount is different as booking confirmed.

Fantastic value..... Free WiFi, gym and breakfast all included in the deal. There was no extra charges upon checkout, unlike other hotels in SFO.

Good hotel in downtown in terms of cleanliness, location and staff friendliness. Amenities were not as expected. Unfortunately no fridge in my room. The rest is pretty OK.

They didn't mention a charge anywhere, so we assumed it was free. It cost us $100 USd.

Horrendous NYE Hotel Experience”
This was by far the worst service I've experienced in recent memory. My group got to the hotel at 7 and waited in the check-in line for over an hour. There was only 2 staff members checking people in, and nothing was told to customers waiting in line about why the wait was so long. When we got to the desk, we were told that the room we had paid for was not yet ready, and there was no timetable for when our room would be available. The staff's apology was that due to festivities the night before, there were too many late check outs for housekeeping to keep up with. We were told to check back in every half hour, and at 9:30 and were finally able to get a room, though it was not the room we paid for. It was a 1-bed room for a 4 person, 2 bed reservation, but the hotel service desk informed us nothing else would be available. Since our reservation was paid through Agoda, none of the fees the hotel service promised for the "inconvenience" were in fact waived (facilities $45, parking $70)!!!
