The building lobby was filled with others who were waiting for rooms to be ready after the 4pm check-in time. I think they simply don't have cleaning staff available, despite the $50+ cleaning surcharge. Since there is no live person available at the check-in kiosk, it took about an hour to finally get 'unlocked' properly in order to get a key. [Once inside the room, it was a lovely and clean space.] There also was no place to store belongings when I went to a morning meeting, so I had to take everything with me.

clean room and bathroom, quiet when the party down the hall ended. check in at 8 pm was strange because i got the error message that my room wasn’t ready. luckily when i got someone on the phone it turned out that they were just missing my card for the mini bar.

The check in process was unbelievably bad. We rented two units and it took us over an hour to check into each, with multiple trips. I wasn’t sent the 4-digit reservation number so I couldn’t check in on the kiosk. With no support onsite, I texted and called the numbers I was given and did not get a response. Personal support was nonexistent. The unit itself was adequate, but how can you provide a kitchen without any cooking pans, utensils, plates, glasses, mugs? Just a really poor setup. Lastly, a great parking option with in/out privileges is located 1/2 block away, but there is no information on your website about this and other local amenities to help prepare out of town travelers. Your kiosk/technology is bad; the amenities in the room are nonexistent, and your onsite support for travelers is pathetic. All in all, a really bad experience for what should be a nice room in a great location. I was highly disappointed and would never recommend an Agoda property to anyone.

There is no one at the building to assist you when you can't check in. And you won't be able to check in. There is a number to call which will never get answered. We finally got into our room after 5pm with cleaning staff still in room. The next day after over 45 minutes of trying to connect with someone via the phone number provided we gave up trying to contact staff. It was only when a cleaning person came to our door 15 minutes before check out to tell us to leave that we connected with staff. The cleaning person was able to call a hotel staff member named Rosie right away and for cleaning staff Rosie picks up right up. If you are a guest they don't answer. Rosie was beyond abusive and totally unprofessional. The rooms have TV's that don't work and the rooms are so filthy we checked with a flashlight under every mattress and couch cushion terrified of bedbugs. They will also charge your card above agreed amount and provide no receipt.This place should be put put of business. We were traveling unexpectedly and had not read the reviews on google all of which state similar levels of horror.

No one is there to help you, Though the number is there to call. The first time we called for help (cause the computer was saying our reservation didn’t exist!) the person talking to us was barely understandable and no help. We repeatedly called and finally got someone who fixed our reservation. It would be nice if the website explained the best ways to find parking close by, or how to go about searching for it. Security guard just laughed at us when we asked about parking. Happy to be downtown but will never stay there again.
