Great stay”
The building is very interesting. The room is clean and the staffs are kind. Spa is also very good. You can stay very comfortably.
Ok to stay for once”
Good place to stay for once. They have historic rooms which were ok. Good, humble, clean & very attentive staff. Very good hospitality. But Price paid was too high for 2nights. Not at all worth. We were not given the rooms what we had booked. As that was pre occupied, we were given some other room, which did not have any open windows. Furniture was fascinating, but usable wise uncomfortable. Over all star we would give 3 star.
Beautiful hotel in pink city”
The hotel was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located in the pink city. The service was great and helped make us comfortable during our stay.
Old overpriced structure ”
The location and the palace have a special heritage beauty, and the staff is very kind doing their best to please you. But the structure is obsolete and the value for money of the experience is very low. Few important details: the WiFi sucks everywhere and, when you complain, they give you a portable hotspot; two big towels and four small bottles of water (in India!) available for a family of four: once you call and they bring you ten more; if you want to make an outside local call from your room it’s not possible, need to go to the reception (?); the breakfast western selection is extremely poor; the puppet show outside in the garden lasts less than 6 minutes, and the guy just wants to sell you his puppets; I called from outside to book a restaurant ist Rambagh Palace: the receptionist said they didn’t answer: I called and booked by myself in 5 min; only half of the rooms’ walls electric plugs work; despite what you pay, they have electric portable heaters and as we had two connecting rooms I had to ask another one for the second room. I could go on, but I think I gave the idea of the 3-4 stars experience in a potential 5-stars palace.
Very good but not worth the money ”
It's clean, buetiful property and love to stay in a palace. But it has no amenities - outdoor pool is cold in the winter, spa and gym are small and there is no activities. Also Wi-Fi is not strong throughout the property so teens get bored One night may ideal just for the palace stay experience. Otherwise it gets boring
