The room was fine, the view was superb. You'll get dinner as well. It's a great place to reenergize yourself.

A quiet place that hide away from a busy day”
It is the place that can recharge your battery. Good food (Set Dinner) very fresh food and tasty. A limited choice Breakfast but it is fine.

Almost perfect”
raft rooms can't conceal the environmental noises that well. rafting (offered by the resort) has a major downside which is: on the way up against the water stream, you will be behind the dragging boat which will blow you with its exhaust. On the other hand, the way back down stream was so good. The resort was a bit far from the Main Street. A length of 1 km before arriving at the resort was made of soil, not asphalt.

Nice staffs”
The room seemed old, dirty and lot of dust. (I think there's still in renovation time after COVID closing.) Please mind closing the door, there's FULL of insects. Surrounding area and other rooms upstair look better than River Room. Anyway, the food is okay, and local dinner is value your money. The staffs are very very nice and serviced-mind. Loved and tipped.

I was check-in late after the activities done, however we can enjoyed the natural view by the raft as the room is located. The dinner on New Year pretty good but too sweet, the singers sang the song were great but some of the staffs are quite impolite, actually only 2 of them very nice and friendly. There are seem not value for the paid money and I would not recommend anyone to go.

Overpriced raft room experience”
A very friendly staff is not making the balance with a clumsy resort design, far from the main road, a room in disrepair (the sink had no sink drain, just flowing on your feet and it could not be fixed) and a terrible breakfast.

Old rooms, dinner was buffet style. Guests were very loud as it was over the new years holiday. Loud music started at 7:30am which is not something you want staying on the river in a float house...will not be back.

The room is not worth the price. The raft room doesn't have twin beds but in pictures show 2 beds IF it's for 3 people, the resort should put in a triple room or whatever. Or describe it in the title, not just "Raft Room", this can lead to misunderstanding. This value should include water activity and be far from the main road and very rough. If comparing quality and price with other resorts, this is a very super low standard. 1 thing better than others is other resorts have a welcome drink but this resort has a welcome spaghetti.

When I arrived the hotel I felt a bit disappointed as was my expectations was not met. ”
The picture of our room was way way more far from the actual room: we are in room 5&6 building type... 1. The room lightning was dark that it affects are mood of being happier when we stay in the hotel. 2. The curtains are not properly installed. 3. I have to ask the staff to clean the room again as it smells dusty and change the beddings again as there are some insects eggs or poo in there. 4. The sofa is so dusty and old. 5. There are molds in the leather covering of the bed. 6. The toilet doesn’t flash properly we have to fix it outselves. 7. Food is ok... The only good thing I saw is that they have a courteous staff... and good view outside the hotel.

Overall value of what we pay and the quality of the resort in terms of things they provide in the rooms, breakfast, resort infrastructure is not worth the money.
