There are major problems in the room. I arrived about 8pm today 14/1/19. I found the following totally unsatisfactory. 1. I must climb 3 levels as there is no lift. 2. The walls are mouldy with wallpaper peeling. 3. Safe didn’t work and when they fixed it my valuable are locked in it as it can’t be opened. 4. The 2 veranda doors can’t be locked, 5. The place is very dirty. 6. There are water leak stains in the room and common areas I’ve seen. 7. There was cigarette ash stains on the bed linen. 8. The hotel is very isolated. 9. Doors on cupboards and toilet roll holder keep falling off. 10. A?C is full blast or turned off. It has taken over 5 hours to advise Agoda of the issue as the internet connection keeps dropping out. I'll need to change hotels and will go to Agoda as I've done all my bookings via them and have several more to come on this trip. Ed

only dissapointing thing about the hotel is its location. Since we travelled by own car we didnt faced much problems but there were no bike rentals nearby. Its 6 kms from hotel. beach is 2.5 kms which is okay. Buffet breakfast is good. Desert items are sky high. Price of two small gulab jamuns are 175 bucks which is not worth. In 175 bucks i will myself make 12-15 jamuns. Staff is good. cleaned the room well. good swimming pool. overall enjoyed the stay in the hotel. only thing was didnt got a two wheeler for rent nearby hotel.
