During our stay, we asked for housekeeping and no one ever came to clean our room. We had barely any hot water. The mini fridge did not cool. The bellman was rude. Not a good experience. All front desk workers are still in masks and don’t speak clearly. Not good communication at all.

For the money not worth”

The room was clean but water was luke warm. Bedding was not that comfy. Food was great and view was even better. But overall for the money I wouldn't stay again.

I booked through agoda but on registration had difficulty getting registered! They said the booking wasn’t sent to them directly! Thank goodness I had my confirmation number!

Very Good!”

Would highly recommend this facility. Great location and beautiful design/décor- Grand Scale. Restaurant was superb and very accomodating - presentation was very aesthically pleasing. We walked to Convention Center across the street and Nascar Museum. right up the street. Garage parking very accommodating. Front Desk staff very kind and very prompt at serving us.

Horrible ”

there was a rotten banana in the trash can. It was disgusting. Bed was not clean. I made a claim twice on the phone and with a person. But all they asked me back was do I need few more hours so that I can have a nap. She said parking will be free but on the way out i still had to pay for the parking. I didnt want to go back and make an argument so i just left. Also, knocking on the door more than three times in the morning for the cleaning was horrible.

Beautiful Hotel, Wonderful staff and Fantastic Location”

Our family stayed at this hotel for the Belk Bowl. Our room was lovely and well appointed. The front desk, valet and restaurant staff were all cheerful and efficient. We requested extra pillows and blankets which were delivered promptly, The football stadium is an easy ten minute walk from the hotel. The only suggestion I would make is to set up another bar in the lounge or lobby in order to better accommodate the hotel guests for large events. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

One night stop”

Perfect for a one night spot, the rate was excellent the room service prices were extremely high parking is An additional $20, they are pet friendly which makes it all worth it. We stayed with two small dogs no issues. Would stay again.

Needs upgrading”

The toilet was blocked in my room and the carpet was not clean so I changed rooms. The second room was adequate, but the shower leaked all over the floor so you needed to sandbag it with towels. I was charged twice for the wifi because I changed rooms. This like everything else was fixed when asked, but it gets boring to ask. The TV did not work so I skipped the morning news. The amazing thing is how good the gym was. Only one machine was broken and the fit out was like new. Maybe it is not used much.

Messy room. Overpriced Internet. Expensive parking. Uneducated staff. When I ask for Chinese Food options don't give me the names of Japanese restaurants. Do not recommend this hotel.
