Worn down hotel”
Maybe I was unlucky, but I cannot echo the other reviews at all. While the check-in was very friendly and efficient, I had to wait 15min before some staff would show up for check-out despite ringing the bell constantly. Not exactly what you need if you have a business appointment. They cashed in the city tax and promised to send me the invoice via mail even after I reminded them multiple times I still didn't get it until today. The room itself was very dark, noisy and smelly. I will never stay there again, there are much better options for the same price or less in Geneva.
