Amazing place to celebrate your milestone”
The amazing view of the city makes it all special. Me and my guests had an exceptional experience because of the strategic location of the resort. Rating s 5 being the highest 4 Food are very tasty though selection is limited. Dining place has high ceiling and Mr. Jonathan was very warm and accomodating. Some trainees were also very warm, but others wont even make an eye contact especially the receptionists at the cashier and the main lobby. I think they're understaff. Pls add more staff during weekends. Roomis ok and very clean.

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Timberland Highlands Resort, and I must say it was an experience to remember. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the location of Timberland Highlands Resort is nothing short of breathtaking. Nestled amidst the lush greenery of the Highlands, the resort offers stunning views of the surrounding hills and valleys. It's a nature lover's paradise! One of the standout features of our stay was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. From the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping teams, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were always ready with a warm smile and eager to assist with any request or question we had. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcomed and valued. Quick getaway with Timberland ”
My 2 nights stay with Timberland was good. Location is just near to us so no stress in driving. Facilities were great except for the elevator w/c were on maintenance when we went there. The room was good and clean. WIFI has strong coverage on room and even on the other locations. Though 1 concern I saw was our rooms' door has to be pushed or out extra effort in order for the lock to take effect. Play area is huge and is okay for the kids. As for the food, it is good though I'm wondering why they charged us 900 per extra person for the BF meal when the meal itself on the menu was only 550 (Filipino, Timberland, Vegan). The staff on the restaurant itself was I would consider "madaling lapitan, mahirap hanapin." Outside of that, all of it was good. Mas ok pumunta kpg dulo ng weekdays para solo nio halos ung Facilities pero downside is less staffing. Tulad ng paalis namin, hindi n rn kami na tulungan mag load ng cases to our car. Overall 4/5. I'd still go there at malapit lang at okay ung facilities.
