Good place”
It's an older establishment, but things are maintained quite well. It's very affordable and very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is typical to other hotels. Cereal, waffles, coffee, and toast. What more fo you need.
Decent place to stay, if you are looking for something cheap”
Close to many attractions such as, garden of gods, manitou cliff dwellings, etc.The price was reasonable and they offer light breakfast in the morning. The place isn’t bad but you might notice few cracked ceiling and walls. Few restaurants were nearby but if you intent to drive 12-15 min drive, you might find pretty good ones. Staff was okay. The room was also clean.

Never have been unsatisfied any of my several stays here. Rooms always clean and can't beat the price. Staff is friendly and breakfast is normal and always is an efficient option for myself on the way out the door! Thanks rodeway!
Great stay ”
The room was very clean. Room is outdated but clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The price is very reasonable and close to tourist location. The front desk was very pleasant. Breakfast was stocked. I did give a cash deposit to avoid waiting 7-10 business for my deposit.

First off let me saying if you are planning on having a guest with you they have to check in at the same time. Personally at 45 years old I don't want or need somebody telling me who I can have in my hotel room that I am paying for. Secondly if that is going to be a rule you should state that on the website before booking otherwise I would never have booked at this facility I would have spent the extra $5 and went to a super 8. They charge $100 deposit. The receipt I have shows $115 for the deposit. The gentleman at the desk did not seem to know what the extra $15 was for he told me to call my Banks and whatnot. I shouldn't have to do a damn thing I should just be able to know where my money is going they should be able to tell me where that $15 was for. It has been a week and I still have yet to receive the deposit of $115 back I will never be going back to this place and if I don't get my money back soon they will be facing legal action
