The city was full with events happening, so booked this hotel which from City Centre a bit far away, need to take tram and subway to get to this hotel. BUT the hotel is very clean! Thats what I love and list important thing! Breakfast was great, fresh, and good quality. The breakfast room was also clean with small plants that they really taking care of, neat and tidy. The only thing unfortunately the ladies at the reception were not so friendly and not enough customer oriented. But the gentleman, they are nice and helpful to us.

Please improve my Grammar and English We booked 2 nights stay here with Agoda and already fully paid since I booked. At the time of check in, the receptionist ladies said they nad not received any money and I had to pay again. I showed the receipt and even my bank transfer but still they were not convinced. However those two ladies were kind enough to let us check in at first and they asked me to contact Agoda even though thats what they should do. I called Agoda upon their request and Agoda call centre's Agent was very helpful and he promised to send the email to the hotel. I knew they were calling Agoda themselves as well. That issue was they had to collect money from Agoda and it seemed like they were not familiar with Agoda system. But it gave us unnecessary streess. At time of check out, another receptionist lady gave us more anxiety and headaches, she kept arguing that we had to pay and she didn't listen to me when I explained what actually happened at the time of check-in. Eventually she seemed like she found out something and she let us go. I would recommend the receptionists to be trained properly. Unfortunately, the issue persisted during checkout. Another receptionist insisted on payment and refused to listen to my explanation of the previous interaction. Eventually, she appeared to discover the confirmation on her end and allowed us to leave. To improve the guest experience, I highly recommend the hotel staff receive proper training on handling online booking platforms like Agoda.
