Absolutely gorgeous”
10/10 would stay here again. The room's beautiful and large, the facilities are spectacular, and the service was impeccable. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious too! Definitely worth every penny!
Gorgoeus, relaxing, most amazing pool”
Staff really helpful, the pool is just amazing, so big and beautiful. Great location, 2 min walk to Surin beach and well placed to get around the island. Hotel happy to offer recommendations of things to go. Highly recommend

We stayed with a big party for a wedding. The restaurant options were expensive but nice to have to suit all the different age and tastes. We got massage and laundry offsite which was cheaper and within very close walking distance. The kids loved the pool.
Lovely hotel in a less-than-picturesque area”
I like Twinpalms Phuket a lot, but it's the location that I have a bigger issue with. Surin beach is really just one of the poorer beaches in Phuket (the huge sewer pipe visible from the beach is just...ugh), and the area around the hotel just is not particularly picturesque or attractive, with many derelict convenience stores and generic tourist fare shops and restos surrounding the property. As for the hotel itself, I enjoyed my room immensely - it's large and well-appointed with lots of ports of plugging in devices. Love the bathtub, and the bar/coffee area next to the door is a good idea. Bed is comfy, and the room itself is quiet, even if you can open the porch wide to overlook the pool. Service is fine - some staff interaction were a bit awkward (they seem a bit over-attentive at times), but overall no real issues. Vans are available to take you to other beaches as well as the other Twinpalms property, MontAzure. Weirdly, I ended up spending quite a bit of time at MontAzure as I liked the beach and restaurant there (Shimmer) more. Which really highlights once again the main issue with Twinpalms Phuket - the area is just not all that attractive. Plus points however to Wagyu Steakhouse, which I did enjoy. I think next time I'll try staying at MontAzure!

Lots of pool area to swim in. Very clean, staff is on point (very helpful). Duplex units have their own private pool which is great if you have kids. Breakfast is very good and foods offered change or rotate over time. Fresh made smoothies. Would book again, no question.
