Great hospitality with a personal though”

We had a great stay, Nice clean and cosy hotel, modern decoratief rooms, with great views over the river Kwai and the Bridge. Very friendly staff and a superb breakfast with a personal touch.. Our girls loved the pool. Amazing service since we forgot one of our backpacks and the hotel delivered it next day at our next hotel in Hua Hin.

Nice Boutique Hotel With View on the River Kway Bridge”

Room are little bit small, but with all necessary. 2 drinks are on the house as Welcome Drink (inside the fridge). The pool is little bit small but with a nice view on the river. The only issue would be to have the restaurant just next to the pool. The Gym is extremely small, but you can work out.

Great Hotel on River Kwai”

This is a great hotel on the River Kwai with full view of the bridge. Excellent restaurant to enjoy the views at anytime of the day with significant variety of food. Playground, library and swimming pool to keep children busy all day. But, best of all, friendly and hospitable staff - from the receptionist who came out with an umbrella to get us from the car, to housekeeping, to bell staff - a customer focused culture throughout the hotel. Would recommend it for all travelers whether couple or families!!!

Nice relaxing stay”

Nice rooms with modern decor (though some are pretty small). Close to some eateries, markets, museums, etc. Breakfast is acceptable and sitting next to river is peaceful. Food at the restaurant is decent overall.

We have stayed with friends several times. We like this hotel but rooms are small. Strangely guests have rooms for 24 hours from check in time so late arriving preceding guests can have you waiting waiting...frustrating annoying policy!

Great location”

Modern hotel in good location north of the railway bridge, just at the bend of the river. Wonderful views, especially in the morning and in the evening. Great breakfast buffet with many healthy options. Friendly and helpful staff.

Over rated a d over priced”

Usually I trust agoda reviews and generally I side with the more positive reviews, but on this case I can't understand the great reviews. This is a case of great interior design and a well run, well staffed hotel not being able to change the physics of the structure of the building itself. The rooms are very small and the structure is essentially that of stacked portacabins with truly paper thin walls;; one can hear absolutely everything from outside and neighbouring rooms. There are now nicer hotels.nearer the town for half the price. Well done to the staff for almost pulling this off, but I'm sorry I have to rank this as one of the worst value hotels.i have stayed in.

Best hotel in Thailand”

This hotel is by far my favorite in Thailand and probably the world. My wife and I have spent 40-50 days in the past 6 months there and usually 5-7 days at a time. The staff is amazing, service is 5 star, the food is absolutely wonderful (Breakfast buffet is perfect), and rooms are very clean and nicely designed. I had to stay a few days at another hotel due to 2 of my days not available (Book early as weekends they are full) and the other hotel had nice rooms but nothing close to the service or amenities at this hotel. U Inchantree is worth every baht spent on the room. You will not find a better hotel or staff for the money in Thailand. I have never had one complaint about this hotel ever.

Comfortable Stay ”

U Inchantree Hotel is located next to the famous Bridge on the River Kwai. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, staff were friendly and helpful, and parking slots were sufficient. We really loved the restaurant - complimentary breakfast was fantastic with many choices, and we also had dinner there throughout our stay. We enjoyed having breakfast with a serene and beautiful view of River Kwai. The only downside is that the swimming pool is a bit too small, and as all the kids were enjoying themselves from the early morning, we did not have a chance to dip ourselves in it. Maybe next time, we will have a better luck.

Very Nice Hotel”

The room is very big. They prepare extra bed for us for the kids. Breakfast was excellent. A lot of choices. Dinner was good. But we were taking for an hour for food to serve When they were only 4 table to serve. The food taste was great.

Simply stunning”

We stayed in a family room at U Inchantree. The room was spacious and spotless. The free drink each from the minibar and the fresh fruit on checkin was a generous touch. Breakfast was awesome, especially if you can sit down on the verandah by the river. The pool area is nice and relaxing and the gardens throughout the property were beautiful. Although we checked out around midday we also thought the flexible check out was good feel. All round we had a wonderful stay.

Pros: Location, location, location. Plenty of parking Great view by the river at the restaurant. You can see The Bridge. Use of bicycles that are well maintained. Friendly staff. Good food at the restaurant Cons: No view from rooms Restaurant is pricey Accommodation is a bit small.

Such a great stay”

We booked a suite room and it was nicer than expected. They are very detailed with amenities and facilities. Nice staffs and great service. The breakfast is quite standard though not that impressive. The water runs very unstable but so far so good. This place will definitely be the first choice when i come back to Kanchanaburi.

We had the best stay, did not want to leave ”

Everything was a pro, we could not fault one thing, this place was not only beautiful and tranquil, every staff member were friendly and pleasant and only to happy to accommodate any request, highly recommend a stay here.

The hotel is near River Quai Bridge and room is spacious”

We have book 1 night for the family room, the room is very spacious. The staff is warm welcome and the breakfast is variety. The pool is too small for adult to swim. The hotel is very near the river quai bridge just walk straight to the bridge.

Policy of Hotel”

We booked 3 rooms in this time. During check-in at 2pm, we received a report from staff that all 3 rooms could be prepared in about 30 minutes. At that time, We had time and went out for a lunch. But all 3 rooms were not prepared when coming back to the hotel. Finally, the staff says that this hotel has a 24-hour stay policy, and it seems that the previous customer has not checked out yet and the room is not ready at this point. And the answer was that they do not know when it would be possible to have 3 rooms. It is already 6pm in the evening. I was disappointed with the hotel policy and staff response. We were finally transferred to another hotel whether it was overbooking.

Nice and relaxing hotel, great location”

Enjoyed our stay there. Love the ambience and the design of the hotel. Good location, a few minutes walk to the River Kwai Bridge. Had many of our meals (breakfast, afternoon juice, dinner) at the Terrace and it was great.

The only problem I had when we wanted a taxi cab they wanted to arrange and set the price I was told to tell tell policy that is BS. Walk down the street get a motorcycle sidecar or a Tok Tok way more fun
