موظفين الريسبش غير ملمين بالخبرات والمعلومات الكافيه لمصلحة المقيم في الفندق استاجرت موقف من مواقف الفندق لسيارتي يوم واحد حسبولي القيمه لمده عشرة ايام وبعد ما راجعتهم قالوا خطا غير مقصود وعند التشيك اوت كانو بيدفعوني قيمه ضرايب المدينه اللي انا في الاساس دافعنها واضطريت اتصل بخدمه المتعاملين في اجودا علشان يشرح لهم واخروني ساعه كامله علشان يفهمهم موظفة خدمه المتعاملين في اجودا بذلت جهدها علشان اتفهمهم وهم مب راضين يفهمون

Amazing stay”
The hotel was fantastic, impeccably clean, and offered an amazing variety of food. Plus, it's conveniently located just a minute away from the tram station. Kathren, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful in guiding us around the city. I'll choose it again when I return to Prague.

Great for a few days ”
The hotel has fine if you want to focus on the Andel area - lots of restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes. They have re- fillable water and are a green hotel. We left early and arranged for a breakfast box.
Great location but Bad front desk service/toiletries”
Very great location !! However , There were only 2 staff at the front desk , 1 staff refused to do the check in and claimed she is way too busy , and also had a very bad attitude towards customers who wanted to take their luggage from the luggage room, which was a terrible impression to us , end up it took so long for the check in as there was a big group of people in front of us. Meanwhile suggested bringing your own shampoo and shower gel !!!!!! Their toiletries are totally not recommended. Please train your staff and upgrade the toiletries
