It was a pleasant and comfortable stay at the accommodation. Check in time was 2pm.(Anything earlier than that, there's a charge) We had to notify the housekeeper Mrs Sano, 30mins before our arrival to the accommodation so that she could meet us there to check us in. Accommodation is located about 20-30mins drive from the airport. It's best to rent a car to get around. We met Mrs Sano the housekeeper,she was so friendly and approachable, immediately we had a great impression. Mrs Sano talked us though the check in process which include having to go through every item in the house to make sure that everything is in order before handing over to us. That took a little time as there were really lots of items to go through for such a big house. *Be sure to bring the damage deposit of 30,000THB or currency of your choice equivalent to it(you would need to check with the owner on this). Accommodation was clean,spacious, and luxurious as pictured. Arrangement for a maid to come and cleaned the house once during our stay of 1 week. We were asked when and what time we would like for the maid to come clean the house which I though was really thoughtful. However, one thing for the owner to note, we had a gardener and pool maintenance guy coming in to our villa on separate days without us opening the main door as they had access to our villa through a side gate which kinda caught us off guard while we were having our breakfast outside. While it may not be a big concern to us as we happened to be around,it might be to others as its a safety issue. Upon check out, we had to pay for the electricity charges incurred during our stay there. So be sure to have money put aside for that. We paid about 2000+ THB close to 3000 THB for 1 week of electricity(just for reference to future travelers). All in all we had a pleasant and relaxing stay and we would like to commend and thank Mrs Sano for her being so professional and friendly. She was always just a text away. Her being so
