أنا عشت ليلة صعبة في ظروف عدم استطاعتي اغلاق المكيف في الغرفة وعدم صلاحية الهاتف لكي اتصل بالاستقبال كما عدم قدرتي على شحن جوالي بسبب ضعف الكهرباء، وقذارة السجاد وقدم أغطية السرير ورداءة الوسائد بشكل سيء جداوقارورة الماء المعبأة وعدم وجود ثلاجة بالغرفة

This hotel has a fantastic location, close to Eiffel tower and lots of restaurants. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. Mikael at the front desk was extremely helpful with finding us nearby restaurants on the first day and giving us a map and guidance on the local attractions. He also helped us by booking a taxi back to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was especially nice, morning breakfast was great, rooms clean but a little tight.

The location is tucked away in a safe and quiet location. The staff are very helpful, the breakfast is wonderful, the room overlooked a terrace; with the windows open, you can hear the birds and the church bells! We loved it!
