I was so impressed with this hotel. Darrell at reception was so nice and friendly. He was able to move me to a lower room on the 8th floor. The room was so spacious and unique. The location is great, right next to the Chicago Theatre. I was sorry I was only staying one night but if I return to Chicago, this will be my first hotel choice.

Had the best time ever! Stayed in a king suite that is conveniently designed with the bedroom towards the end of the suite. Spacious living/dinning area & a fantastic bathroom with a huge standing shower, glamour vanity lighting, motion lights in the closet oh and the RED FLOWER hygiene items are thee best products I’ve ever used in a hotel! The Bed was so comfortable, the temperature was just right, the lighting was perfect! The snack bar is hooked up and the prices are pretty reasonable compared to other hotels. The iron worked amazing, the hot water kettle was so fast, the view was everything. Customer service wasn’t the most polite people but they didn’t bother or harass when I stayed way over my checkout time. They didn’t charge extra for the hours and they were so fast when we asked for water, wine glasses and towels. The rooftop lounge was so fun! The drinks were on point and actually affordable compared to nightclubs in California. I literally can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Virgin Hotels! Perfect location, amazing view, and very fair price. The rooftop bar Cerise was a favorite from the trip. The only thing I would change is being able to opt out of the amenities fee.
