OC,s Best Hotel Secret”
Ive traveled well into the luxury hotel dream and back many times. I was in awe in Dallas at the Four Season and mystified at the penthouse atop Hiltons Rockefeller center and the views across San Diego and the Coronado Bay from The Loews hotel on its own island but now I have another location that I will come back to for an entirely different reason. The Sonesta Irvine Ca sits above the 405 freeway, sort of tucked into a private corporate cove so to speak that casts shadows on hot days that cool the area and lined with trees and completely no traffic streets that all lead to super clean walkways and little ponds so well groomed you think its someones private lawn meeting a strict HOA standard. The hotel is nicely tucked even further back and on a completely private street just off all the corporate driveways leading to other hi-rises such as Sonesta. The lobby immaculate and quiet. Off to your right is a cozy den area where a piano sits among the tasteful decor that is open to windows surrounding the entire area, you can see the green lawns where you feel like taking a walk out to and wander around. It just feels safe and secure in this fortress of corporate buildings with lush lawns. The bar and lounge is next to the restaurant where today I had the kobe beef burger so fresh It was compared to none Ive had, the staff was so one on one friendly and go out of their way to help you. There is so much I did not get to explore that Im making a reservation just for that reason next week. This place feels like yours to discover, I see theres tennis courts, pools and so much to do in the area alone. The price on these rooms is unlike any Ive seen here, my room is so clean and comfortable, modern furnishings, a view of the entire city. I just cannot say enough of this hotel, for the price, its simply a steal, there is no reason to stay anywhere else while in Orange County, I would drive 30 miles just to stay here again if needed. Excellent all around!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to the airport and nearby shopping. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The facilities were well-maintained,with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the parking situation, which could have been better. Overall,we highly recommend this property for its value for money, great location, cleanliness, and exceptional staff.
Bar Staff was not friendly”
Bar Tender was not friendly at all. Sign says bar closes at 11:00PM, and when I went it was 10:10, he was already cleaning and closing down. I asked if he is closed, he said he thought he would close down early for the night..... WHAT? You can do that? He asked what I needed? I just just a coke. He poured the coke. I said thank you, and it was just unfriendly face throughout. I went the next day and it was the same. Everything else about the hotel was great!

Perfect hotel for our travel. Close to the airport, beaches and restaurants. Not a lot of traffic because it’s in the business district which I liked. Staff was great and the hotel was very clean and safe! Loved it
