Super relaxing stay”
I was looking for a relaxing environment and was able to enjoy it to the fullest! The outdoor swimming pool is beautifully decorated, luxuriously green (trees, shrubs) and has very comfortable and elegant outdoor furniture. The water temperature was ideally refreshing. The room was also very comfortable with a fabulous view of the Fountain, Governador Nobre Carvalho bridge over the Pearl river, as well as Lisboa and Grand Lisboa hotels. Great night view! The staff also contributed to my wellbeing during my stay. Thank you Wynn team! I definitely enjoyed my stay, and plan to repeat. Thank you Wynn Macau
Bar issue ”
We had drinks at Bar Cristal and we were bitten by so many mosquitoes or insects. The wonderful lady at the bar counter tried to assist us, informed her superior, but nothing could be done. So we moved to another table, but we were still bitten badly. Noone came to help her. Reason why we didn't want to leave was because we had already open a bottle of red wine. Her colleague came by, after knowing the situation, quickly asked us to move to Cinnebar. The staff were wonderful and made our evening as comfortable as possible. However we suffered quite badly rest of the evening, we were just bitten too many times. I had sent a complain but yet have not heard from them. That was a disappointment as Wynn is a wonderful hotel to stay. I hope there will be a reply to me and they cleaned up the Bar.
Good for the price, if you don’t mind smoke and waiting”
Nice large clean room, though they had run out of non-smoking rooms and there was a whiff of smoke throughout the night. For the included buffet breakfast, had to wait in line for 17 minutes before being seated. Maybe a 5-star house should have enough capacity to feed its guests, or at least acknowledge them while they’re waiting and provide an update on the expected wait? All in all, it’ appears geared towards gambling and shopping more than a pleasant stay per se.
