Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. good location near the bus station. Had some bugs in my first room but was moved to another room without a problem. I'm sure it's cleaned by now as the rooms were very clean to begin with.

Great location, valuable ”
Located perfectly within city centre ,walking distance to restaurant ,convenient store and night market .Breakfast provided were big enough for me and it is yummy! Room is simple but it contains everything you needed!

We thoroughly Enjoyed our stay. We had Thai breakfast provided every day and there are eggs and fruit all day long . You can make yourself eggs in the kitchen and tea and coffee all day Long. Walking distance to Most places and if you want to rent a scooter They will have someone drop it off.

Very nice stay”
This hotel s nice. It's in a good location. The room is big, and bathroom is huge too. It had a big refrigerator, good wifi, and comfy bed. The breakfast is good as the nite employee cooked us some chicken strips, rice, fruit, veggies, toast, coffee etc... It was really good.!! My only negative comment might be that none of the staffs speak much English so we had trouble at times getting information, asking questions, getting answers etc.... So therefore it was nearly impossible to book tours thru them. Overall though, a nice stay at a nice hotel.

Really pleasant surprise! ”
We stayed only one night here and my parents two, but I am really glad I've found this small quite paradise. The staff doesn't speak English but they where very kind and helpful anyway. It's situated in a small street 2 minutes walking from the main road, right in the center of Chiang rai. The rooms were really nicely decorated and had all the essentials, we also had a small lounge area which was useful. The small garden leads to the breakfast area which was small but complete, as we arrived they prepared a very good rice meal with chicken (even if we are not used to this kind of breakfast we really enjoyed it!), they also had toasts with all sorts of of jams and fruit, coffee, tea and fruit juices. It was a really nice experience!

Rekaxing guesthouse in the heart of chiang rai”
We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The service and staff were amazing. We received high quality thai breakfast every morning and despite being in the middle of the city it was tucked away from the chaos. Our rooms were beautifully presented and comfortable. My only major criticism is the shower drain was blocked so everytime we had a shower it flooded the bathroom.

Great location, best value for money in the area”
Very straightforward experience, clean, comfortable, cheap, and walking distance to the most popular dining areas in Chiang Rai. Because this place is relatively new and has few reviews it's a bit of a hidden gem right now but I'm sure that'll change once people realize you can get a decent room for great rates in a location that normally costs double.

Expected better for the price”
I booked on Agoda, had my confirmation email but they could find nothingfrom Agoda, She wanted me to pay again for the room. In the end she called the owner who said to check in and she would sort it out the enxt day...never heard anything else about it. It is very hard to find without GPS, taxi driver only had ageneral idea where it was. Street is very narrow and the taxi has to back ot down the street for a block. Breakfast was included which was supplied by a restaurant down the street. They had a advertised 120 baht buffet which I would have 30 for. Too many things bad to bother listing. I booked on Agoda at 1200 baht per night. Walk n price was 700 and I think that was high.

Tout s'est très passé à l'exception de rideau qui laisse complètement passé la lumière (debout à 7h ...) et un mauvais Wi-Fi !

Pas eau chaude au lavabo, logement sans vue extérieur,petit déjeuner sans beurre mais Ragoût de viande. Prix à revoir.

Enttäuschung”
Das Standardzimmer erwies sich als dunkle enge Kammer, mit dem gelangweilt an der Rezeption im Liegesessel dösenden Personal konnte man sich nur sehr schlecht auf Englisch verständigen. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren wir insgesamt 2 Paare eingebucht, der Rest der Zimmer leer. Und das obwohl rundherum alle anderen Guesthouses ausgebucht waren. Jetzt wissen wir warum... (woher die guten Bewertungen hier kommen, bleibt unverständlich)
