Arabian Dreams Hotel Apartments
nice for family”
some taxi drivers (esp. non Indian) did not recognize the hotel. check in was fast. room was spatious and got some we needed: kitchen, washing machine, ironing and freezer. if wifi is free it will be much better.
Depends the type of trip you are in ”
The hotel is a decent hotel , the rooms and toilets are very old. The AC controls dont work. The staff is very helpful and that pretty much balances the other negatives. There not much within walking distance.
WiFi Facility should be made available free of cost in room. Also the room which i had occupied didn't have network availability except in one corner of the room ( DU connection ....Room no : 211). Rest all ok ....
Overall Good Facilities”
We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and the cooking facilities are very useful since we opted to prepare our own food. There is a swimming pool though not that big, gym, sauna and what I like most is their steam room. It would be great if they have at least 1 restaurant and if they can make the room internet/wifi complimentary.
Very good and pleasant stay ”
Excellent location of hotel convenient to travel across Dubai.Very helpful and friendly staff .Special tanks to Jeni ,Kalai and team .The travel desk Manager Elitta is very helpful and would like to thank her for the excellent tour plan .The only thing that requires attention by hotel management is the renovation of the rooms which are very old and need maintenance .Cleanliness by staff is very good but as the interior is very old does not come out very well.Overall pleasant stay with good value for money .Absoultely no hassles in travelling taxis are available on call immediately ,Indian food is available at Kamat is very reasonable and also quality .Nearby departmental stores are very fast in delivery .The staff of hotel helps communicate with the taxis, departmental store .Overall a homely feeling .
its the best place to stay with family and couples”
It’s really nice place to stay with family or couple, it’s very comfortable and quiet place for romance, its clean, big bedroom, as well lounge, very nicely managed the bathroom and kitchen, The only problem is kitchen is not equipped well, and the most rare and bad thing is that there is only HOT PLATE for cooking, there is cooking range, but no gas connection and only one electric plate is available for cooking, which is never ever enough, and the crockery is also not standard, It’s a nice place to stay, and I will use it again if ever I have chance, Management need to modified the kitchen and kitchen equipment,
Great Location, Cleanliness, Huge Room Facilities”
Hotel has spacious living room and bed room Kitchen and laundry Location is quite OK, 10 to 15 minute walk to the nearest metro Hospitable staff Prompt cleaning/room service Value for money
Simple Hotel with Great Service”
Located at Bur Dubai, it is away from most of Dubai's main attractions except perhaps for Mina Bazaar and the Creek. However, taxi rides to the centre of Dubai are not expensive and the quiet surroundings can be a plus factor for those who do not like the hustle and bustle of a busy city centre. The staff are helpful and the rooms are duly cleaned everyday. I stayed in a suite apartment and it was extremely spacious for my wife and me. I would certainly choose to stay in this hotel again if I come back to Dubai.
Very friendly staff, make you feel at home”
We stayed for 4 nights and were travelling with an infant. We were immediately upgraded to a huge 1 bed apartment which was a warm gesture. The rooms were spacious and clean, housekeeping on a daily basis was very helpful. We travel a lot and found that the staff were really flexible, didnot create a fuss for anything, for eg, we needed a later check out at 1400 Hrs and they agreed gracefully. I ordered room service once at 10.00 pm but was told that the kitchen was closed, but they were prompt to send us a menu of nearby restaurants who deliver to the room. However, don't expect any travel tips from the staff, rely on your own research. We didnot have breakfast so cannot comment on the same.
Loved it so much we returned again!”
After spending 5 nights after we came back from our cruise we spent the last couple of nights there too!! Nice & roomy - even a full kitchen!! Couldn't ask for nicer staff in the whole place!! Found it convenient to walk around the block to a little grocery and even a restaurant. Was quiet in our rooms which is a must for me being a light sleeper! Wish it had been warmer for the nice pool. My husband enjoyed the sauna and workout room too. Being energetic one day I even walked to the nice metro! Women will definitely want to go check out the textile marketplace (souk)!
suitable location, very spacious, clean ”
first time in dubai, i wasn´t really sure what to expect. location is not a big deal in dubai, taxis are reasonably priced. room service, cleaniness above average, two bathrooms, tv. staff at the reception and all over very well educated and prepared. felt safe, rooms are obviously extremely insulated. did not hear anything from hallways nor neighbouring rooms. pool on the roof, as well as fitness and sauna - wasn´t using them, but they looked ok. downside - next building was extremely close, so from one side i couldn´t see a lot out of the windows.
Perfect place to rest”
we booked a single room, but at ther arrival we were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment with no additional charge. later when we asked to change us to a room with a balcony they did it the same day with no charge again. it's a real apartment with full kitchen and two bathrooms. the staff was really helpful. they immedeately fixed any problems - i needed to change toster.
Great hotel, great room and great hospitality”
Booked this hotel after reading many positive reviews about it. Much to my satisfaction, most reviews were spot on. The staff here are very helpful and friendly. The room that I booked was quite an expansive one. The hotel's conveniently located in the Bur Dubai area, but still away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets... Didn't really explore much else about the hotel, but was extremely pleased with the condition of the room and the affordability of it. All in all, a great pick for anyone !
Short stay but comfortable”
My family had a comfortable stay in the hotel. Rooms are clean and big and is accessible to major attractions.
We Checked into this hotel apartment thinking it would be up to date modern ect but unfortunately not the case. The pool was closed for 1 hr at 1pm so if my daughter was in the poor at 1pm she would have to leave the pool area and come back at 2 I found that very inconvenient. The parking and location is excellent. The staff are also very helpfull. We had booked a studio with balcony when we got there we were told studios don't have balconies which was very disappointing we then paid extra to get upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment which has a tiny balcony facing the other building soo close we could see into there apartment. Overall had a comfortable stay but could have got something better with the amount we paid.
Gulf Food Stay in Dubai 2016”
Toilet was not cleaned properly and santiaryware was stinking. Room service was good because we could order food from nearby hotel. Getting guest in the hotel was so confusing. The reception was uncessary creating fuss that we can't allow. But eventually they did.
Decent Hotel, Terrible Location”
Although the hotel is attractive from the exterior, the rooms are only average. After a long flight from USA with a 19 hour layover, we were very hungry and anxious to get a good meal. I asked the concierge but he said the hotel did not have dining facilities. He recommended McDonald's instead. We never eat at that establishment but we needed to eat. After checking into our room we walked around the hotel neighborhood for 40 minutes looking for ANY place to eat. Nothing. We could not even find a McDonalds and locals on the street didn't know either. The ONLY place we could find with food was a gasoline station--only soda and sweets. We returned to our room and to get some rest. We showered but there was no hot water. At midnight a loud party started among the other guests on the floor IN THE HALLWAY. I called the front desk to complain but there was no response. The loud party continued till 2 a.m. when I went to the hallway myself to tell the other guests to be courteous to sleeping guests. Although the party subsided, the guests began again with loud partying in the hallway at 6 a.m. Having not eaten and not slept well, we decided to just check out early and return to the airport which had better food and showers. Overall, a very exhausting experience. We have traveled to Dubai several times. There are many very nice affordable hotels for tourists on a budget. The Arabian Dreams is not one of them. Avoid the establishment.
normal but i the 1st night we found some incest on the bed and i called the recipient to relocate us and he said ok but they didn’t do any action , the room had no fresh air cannot see the sun the whole day , and when i put my clothes to get dry for 3 nights i swear god it was wet .
Good hotel & excellent value for money”
Hotel is very good value of money, decent and clean. The breakfast could have been better though. Location is excellent. About 10 minutes from Al Fahidi metro station. The area has several local and international restaurants and is a relatively lively area.
Pleasant apartment with utilities”
We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. Still within close proximity to shopping areas & sightseeing. The best part was our ability to cook our meals as the kitchen is equipped with all the utensils. Rooms were cleaned n tidied up.
