The Gentleman at the reception Alaa is a top Bloke. Very polite and professional. Through out our stay he made sure we have everything we needed. If you go for Breakfast at The restaurant chef Bony will look after you really well. He personally goes around and asks guests if they have any special request. Will definitely go back

We have stayed in the hotel before, but we were disappointed at the current state. We made the reservation because it says on Agoda that there's a pool and shuttle services and they don't have any of those available at the moment. Breakfast was meant to be included but we had to pay extra once we got there and it was a very average breakfast.

when you book an hotel room and the bed is terrible bad you can say only that you waste your money. the hotel management cannot let the people book a room with the worst bed i saw in my life. i think agoda should put more attention about the room that hotel give at special price. when i checked the first question of receptionist was if i wanna upgrade to deluxe room, so they know room was the worst one. i will never recommend this hotel to anybody. stay away same price you can book good one in the same area.

My experience was horrible. The bedsheets were not clean and nor was the floor in the entire room including toilet. Very dusty. My room did not have a refrigerator ! No towels or toilet amenities were provided as well and when I tried to call the reception they never answered! I stayed for two days without my room getting cleaned or the reception answering ANY of my calls. And when i went down myself to ask for stuff they wouldnt answer me or listen to me or send what i asked for. Horrible stay. Would never recommend or come back.
