The room was clean. The parking attendant was super helpful. A 7/11 is around the corner. The bed was hard in typical Thai fashion, but I slept soundly the whole night. It’s a simple place but serves its purpose as a safe, clean place to get a good night’s rest.

Is hard to say about location, because it was exactly where we wanted to be. Hotel though is in middle of a local neighbourhood full of markets and delicious food. Basic but comfortable, with very friendly staff

I would not recommend this place at all. I booked for two days. Upon check-in I noticed that the place was beautiful, the check in staff were great and friendly. After the check in I took a brief nap. I awoke and went down the stairs to explore the gym and the lobby. There, I realized quickly that this was a residential apartment complex for the Thai locals. That would not have been a problem, except for the bad vibes towards hotel guests that were staying there on vacation. I sat downstairs waiting for an Uber to take me to the mall and a female resident was glaring at me. I said, "whatever" until it happened two more times. That night I arrived back to the complex went straight to my room and a local woman with her husband stared at me, and the woman glared at me. She was smirking at me, and mocking me. Finally, after the second day, I walked down the stairs to get some coffee at the local 7 Eleven and two of the cleaning ladies looked me up and down, and glared at me in disgust. I was even going to extend my stay but decided I was not welcome there. Additionally, there was no hot water from the shower, the toilet was stopped up, no fridge in the room, and the entire room smelled like urine (probably from the sewer problems). I would not recommend this place. You will not be welcome as a foreigner, and the conditions are not good. There are better places in the area where you will feel welcome.

ไปเช็คอินตอนประมาณ3ทุ่ม เคาน์เตอร์ปิด โทรตามเบอร์ที่ให้ไว้ก็ไม่รับสาย จนรปภ.โทรให้ก็มีคนเอากุญแจมาให้ ตอน5ทุ่ม ลงมารับแฟน แล้วลืมกุญแจ+คีย์การ์ดไว้ในห้อง เข้าห้องไม่ได้ ซึ่งไม่ได้เอาอะไรติดตัวลงมาเลย พยายามติดต่อคนดูแลห้องพัก โทรๆจนถึงเที่ยงคืนครึ่ง รปภ.มาช่วยโทร ก็โทรไป ชักสีหน้าและพูดจาด้วยน้ำเสียงที่ไม่ดี ไม่มีใครรับสายต้องไปหาที่พักที่อื่น จนเช้า ไม่มีการติดต่อกลับจากทางที่พัก แต่เนื่องจากติดธุระ กลับมาที่พักที่นี่อีกทีตอน10โมงกว่า เพื่อบอกว่า "ป้าค่ะ ขอกุญแจสำรองหน่อยค่ะ ลืมกุญแจไว้เข้าไม่ได้" ป้าบอกว่า "ทำไมไม่บอกรปภ. ทำไมไม่โทรบอกล่ะ" แล้วที่โทรตามเป็นชม.ป้าไม่รับสาย+รปภ.บอกว่า งั้นก็นั่งรอไป เช้าถึงจะมีคนมาทำงาน (ทางเราไม่ได้โทษว่าที่พักผิดนะคะ แต่มันเสียความรู้สึกนะ ไม่มีอะไรมารองรับเลยเหรอถ้าเกิดเหตุการณ์แบบนี้ ใจคอจะให้นั่งรอยันเช้า กระเป๋าสตางค์ มือถือ ของกิน ของใช้ กุญแจรถคืออยู่ในนั้นหมด ไม่มีขอโทษเลยซักคำ) แล้วก็ในอะโกด้าบอกว่า เช็คเอ้าท์ 17:00 ครั้งก่อนมาพัก บ่ายโมงก็มาเคาะเรียก ตกลงพักได้ถึง 13:00 ใช่มั้ยคะ เปลี่ยนเวลาด้วยค่ะ เราเข้าใจว่าพักได้ถึง5โมงจริงๆ
