I booked a quiet room with breakfast through Agoda and once I completed the payment I received a booking confirmation for a non-smoking room without breakfast. It was annoying to feel cheated by the booking app but I was satisfied with the hotel . I got a very noisy room next to some machine. The staff was helpful in finding a quiet room for me although it was sheer luck that there was one available when I arrived. The breakfast in the hotel was ok for me and there are plenty of food places in the area for those who want to try something else. It was helpful that my room had an empty fridge, a microwave, and kitchen utensils, and the wifi worked well whenever I needed. Downsides were: wifi with no password (open to anyone ), shower water not warm enough (that's the case in other hotels I've been in Thailand), and no secure luggage storage room in case you need that service. Having said that, I would definitely recommend the place and would stay there again.

Easy to find great location basic room stay”
The front foyer smells like arse and is a bit dated. Ignore this but...the reception lady boy is always angry about something who know why aren't they supposed to be happy with their life choices?? Apart from that easy check in easy access to Sukhumvit and basic rooms comfortable bed and ok shower with good water pressure. All rooms have a little kitchenette for cooking and preparing which is helpful if you want to save 50 baht buying some street food.

For me who stays alone Small rooms are not a problem. Good to have all the kitchen utensils Can cook Or to reheat food with a microwave The room can keep the temperature of the room well. I can turn off the air conditioner and sleep, the room is not hot, the room is nice, clean, the receptionist is friendly, not disappointed to stay here.

Better than expected ”
I was checking out and realized the safe containing my passport malfunctioned locking me out. Quickly a gentleman drilled safe and returned my passport. Excellent service wonderful hotel

Very convenient and satisfying ”
I booked for 2 nights and extended to 4. I had a late check in at the rain and they didnt let me go to other building so they gave me a free upgrade. I had a kitchen which I like my own breakfast style. The View from the window is typical Bangkok with the bts and Sukhumvit road. Tops market and street stolls was just around the corner. Very positive staff and manager. Im happy to stay here any time again. Room was little bit smaller but for the upgrade and price I think it's very satisfying.

The best budget money can afford”
I had the scare of my life when we checked into a hotel with my partner that was smelling funny and was infested with mould and no ventilation. We went to this hotel and the staff helped us with the inspection of the room and also with booking. Both front door staff as well as operations staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Got a great room with a nice view. I will definitely come back here to stay if I were to visit Bangkok again.

This is a no frills property tucked away right behind noisy Sukhumvit road. Location is excellent few minutes from Emquartier & Phromphong BTS Station. Staff very helpful. I will definately be back.
