Great homestay at Chiangmai”
I'm having a fantastic three-day stay here. The bed in this homestay is the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The room is nice, the bathroom is clean, and a hairdryer is available. Ready breakfast. The host is extremely friendly; they successfully ordered a motorcycle for me despite the fact that all of the rental shops I contacted had all of their motorcycles rented out, and the price is also reasonable. They had a cute four-legged receptionist who was also friendly. The hosts are fluent in Thai and English. There's nothing to complain about here. If I visit Chiangmai again, I will definitely return.

Wonderful Space!!!”
Great location, super friendly. The bed was comfy, clean bathroom, private and close to everything in Nimman. The only downside, and unfortunately this was a big one for me, was there's just nowhere near enough hot water, it was a lukewarm bath drawn with several rounds of boiling water in the kettle. Aside from this, one of the best places I've stayed in Chiang Mai :)

Great Stay”
Arbor's house was a great stay in a hip area in Chiang Mai. It was a great location to everything we wanted to do and to the Old City. Gary and his wife were super hospitable! The dogs were friendly and the room was large and comfortable. There was also a shared kitchenette that was available for use throughout the day.

The owner is just amazing helped us with everything, helped us to find a good day tour, clinic,rental. The owner is just an amazing person!! The room was super clean and just giant!!! Really nothing compers to it in thailand. Best value for money !!! Do yourself a favor and book this room while you can!!

I stayed here for more than 3 months. First of all, I would like to thank Garry and his wife for hosting me. I stayed in the King Room 2. The room has big enough for two people and is best for the budget. They have so comfy couch even you can fall a sleep in the couch! room was great but the best one is the owners have great character. When you stay here you are feeling like a real home. Even their dogs is very well-behaved and affectionate 🙂🙏🏻

Value for Money at Boutique in Nimman”
Partner and I stayed here for a couple of nights. Atmosphere was relaxed, owner and staff friendly and willing to chat. And the price was incredibly cheap. About a 10 min walk from the main strip in Nimman, which is where a lot of modern small bars, cafes and restaurants are located. There’s a couple of dogs that live there, which are friendly and didn’t make any noise at night. Would stay again.

I stay two time in Arbor’s house, every time had been a pleasure. The hotel is really nice, the room too, you have water, coffee, instant and small breakfast available. The couple of manager are really nice, always with a nice word and good advice to make your stay in Chiang Mai even better.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying at Arbor's House. The owners were super nice to us and very friendly. The room was clean and beautiful. The atmosphere there was cozy. Particularly, Arbor and Salapao were so cute. I will definitely go back to stay at this place.

Arbors house is a small family type guesthouse with amazing facilities. The rooms are spacious, the beds are super soft, everything is simply great. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Nimman. Gauruv and his wife are wonderful hosts that make you feel right at home and their two dogs are amazing as well. 10/10 will recommend

Nice guest house/hotel ”
We stayed 2 nights in loft room, was very pleasant nice and quiet apart from airport noise in morning but not to bad, the owners very helpful and super polite nothing to much helped me with parking my truck, not long walk to two nearby shopping malls with restaurants and food hall, I would recommend this property for sure !

This hotel was fantastic. The owner is sweet and friendly. The dogs are cute and the experience was amazing. When we decided to stay lonnger this was no problem whatsoever and the price/value is amazing.
