Small bunk bed room with AC”
Pros 1. Staff are friendly 2. Location is great 3. This hostel is clean 4. Towels provided Cons 1. You have to check in at Arc House then got your key and walk a few minutes to another building for your stay 2. Kitchen provided but no kettle to make hot drinks 3. The bathroom is too small and narrow for shower and you need to mop the floor after showering 4. It is very noisy and no sound proofing and you can hear people next door snorring 5. AC temperature is already fixed 6. Room is really small 7. Luggage storage is 1 euro per piece but they gave a bottle of mineral water as returned

Photos showed a balcony, our room had a window but not to an indoor hallway instead. The shower knob is the auto-shut type, we had to keep pressing the knob while showering to get continuous flow of water. The toilet seat cover cannot hold an open position, thereby hitting your back when you're sitting on the toilet bowl. Toilet floor is damaged/broken tiles. Otherwise, just a practical spot to stay for very short time.

Ok hostel for one night but brought on dust allergy! ”
I want to give this hostel a fair review so I will say that it is fine for a night! They have a tv room and Netflix and a nice roof terrace. However after one night you start to notice the dankness in the air (didn’t help that our window simply opened to the hall = no fresh air) and this meant that on my second night I was finding it hard to breath in bed as I think the dust/no fresh air combo brought on an allergy! Not their fault but I’ve never experienced this in a hostel before and it only came on when in bed (during a siesta also) so it was definitely from the bed. The bathroom also felt damp and the kitchen had a funny smell. I feel the cleaners spray a strong air spray and use strong cleaning products but nothing has been deep cleaned/fixed in a while. We had booked 3 nights but had to leave after the second as I literally could not breath in bed

Book it, if good location and friendly staff are all you want. No place to iron your clothes and they only have a dirty small iron board. Shower - water stop after every xx seconds, you need to keep on pressing the button. Auto-sensor light bulp (bathroom, common areas, staircase etc) dim when you do not have "obvious movement) after short while, so keep you busy. Need to mop floor after using bathroom, my very first experience. Single room - urine smell, need to walk to next building from reception counter, old lift, no aircon remote control, no bathroom at same floor. Kettle in this building is not working. 10 beds dorm - same building to the reception counter but no lift, toilet nor bathroom, weak wifi for bed at the corner. Not even a-bed-a-power-plug or a-bed-a-light-bulp. Loud voice from other rooms. Loud bang sounds whenever door at entrance is opened or close.

Had a private room for 2 - was very small, just with a bunk bed, chair and bin. Bunk very squeaky and low (so can’t sit up on bottom up bunk which is very annoying when it’s your only place to sit). Not much atmosphere in hostel, a lot of space though, and nice terrace. Plenty of bathrooms in private room area but not that clean and in need of renovation. Probably a 15 minute walk to most places. Receptionist also “validates” your bank card when you check in but doesn’t explain it well at all (I’ve never had this at any hostel before) so we worried he was taking money from it, don’t think he was though.

Buenas tardes, Mi experiencia con ustedes ha sido fatal más de 45 minutos al teléfono y WhatsApp enviamos la documentación, nos enviaron tres veces a direcciones distintas. La atención al cliente mal, al momento de la llamada pulsamos Sevilla y nos contestaron de Madrid y el chico que nos atendió intentaba ser lo más rápido posible pero fue horrible la espera, caminando de un lado a otro donde nos enviaban. La habitación estaba sucia encontré una colilla de tabaco en la mesa del televisor. Por lo demás bien.

Ubicación perfecta pero con algunas pegas”
El albergue está super bien ubicado. Cerca de la Alameda de Hércules y por lo tanto de bares y plazas del centro. Se puede ir a todos los lados andando y hay para alquilar bicis cerca del albergue también. Tiene cocina y hay utensilios para cocinar y comer además de horno y nevera. Un solarium en el ático con una duchita. Respecto al personal del albergue todo fue por WhatsApp por tema de covid, facilitaron toda la información de manera ordenada pero no les pidas mucho más que el esfuerzo es basante precario. Les pedí una informacion turística y la respuesta fue: "consúltalo en Google". Otro tema importante es que la alarma saltó varias veces el fin de semana y de noche. Al no haber personal en el albergue, podía estar horas sonando. Hay limpieza diaria por la mañana pero yo tuve hormigas en mi cama la primera noche (tengo que decir que no volvió a pasar después de avisarles). Cosas a mejorar: estaría bien poder regular el aire acondicionado en la habitación (tanto la temperatura como la potencia). Además, hay pérdidas de agua de las picas de los baños (te lavabas la cara y los pies con las fugas...), hablar con el personal por sms esta bien pero una llamadita para saber si todo está ok no estaría de más.

ホステルに行くとスタッフが誰もおらず、1時間くらい待つと英語のわからない清掃員が来て、チェックインを電話の相手とやりとりさせられ、電話越しにデポジットであなたのカード番号を教えろと言われました。周りに他の宿泊客がいる所で口頭で番号を伝えるのは危ないと思いました。 宿泊場所は他の建物で、英語のわからない清掃員に付いてこいと言われ、街中を無言で歩きました。 部屋の中もアリだらけで、キッチンにも凄い数のアリが群がっていました。

직원분은 너무 친절하고 예뻤어요! 프론트의 여자직원분 ~~ 그분때문에 좋게 평가하려했지만 방에서 벌레도나오고 ㅜㅜ 깔끔하긴했지만 뭔가 창고를 개조해서 쓰는느낌이 강한.. 전용욕실로 했지만 화장실도 깔끔하지않았고 샤워할때 무섭다는 느낌도있었습니다. 장애인화장실이었거든요...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 직원분의 태도는 100점을 주고싶네요^^ 친절한분
