Kim & the staff were Awesome!”
I drove 14hrs with my wife to DC after first booking through Expedia. They reserved a room that wasn't available causing us to sit in the car for hours. I had a reservation for the following day through Agoda. When the sales agent, Kim. realized we were in the car, she checked us in hours before check-in. She then gifted us a bottle of wine and 2 wine glasses for our anniversary. We stayed a few extra days because Kim and the rest of the staff was simply awesome. I filed a complaint with Expedia and Agoda is now my preferred booking site. Tge Arc Hotel is in the perfect location. We will be staying again for sure!

Stylish and affordable ”
This was a great find for being on a budget and in need of a room for a few nights. Staff was very personable like they’ve know you forever and call theirs guest (at least us) by first name every time we passed by the desk.. (We welcomed the staff to do so for our comfort otherwise They will greet by sir name). Room Was clean and updated tastefully. AC did go out in the rooms for a time on this hot day but the staff did get it fixed in a timely manner. The windows are quite old and in some minor disrepair and weathered which we found out when trying to open the window. Room was quiet and we could even see a few monuments from the fourth floor room. Of course in these virus times the staff had taken very good safety measures against Covid-19 and had ample antibacterial product, Signs for guests with rules and safety measures as well as all staff was continuously disinfecting and wearing gloves and masks. I would stay here for sure again and I recommend ARC Hotel!

The stay was very unique. The hotel was almost invisible. It blended in with the neighborhood homes. Everything from the cleanliness to the staff were on point A+. I will definitely be booking again. Oh the only downfall is parking; but its DC, what do you expect 😀

Love it! Great location, price, and amenities. It sometimes smells like weed in the hall ways but it has everything you need. Great if you are visiting GW or Georgetown. Close to metro, liqueur stores, Georgetown, GW, grocery stores, and clubs/bars (for post corona).

We wouldn't expect that this hotel exceeded our expectation. We only stayed for 1 night, which we regret. The room is huge with complete amenities, and the most important part is best design. Everything is well thought, the bed and bed linen are so comfortable and the TV is also huge. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay longer next time.

Hotel is in a close proximity to the metro, shops and resto and most impt to the tourist spots. Highly recommended as all staff were welcoming and helpful expect the Filipina. 😊

The ARC is very clean, excellent services and modern style! The parking is not the best. There's only 4 hotel parking spaces and street parking. But, this is a great boutique hotel. One of the best.

The room was clean and big. The location is near the University of George Washington. Wholefood market and 7 eleven are located nearby the hotel. I've literally great rest.
