Comfortable staycation ”
This was my second time in arcadia hotel. They used breathable linen, comfortable good quality bed and branded amenities. The staffs are very helpful and friendly if you encounter issues related room and source for other alternative for you. A Lady receptionist which I can't recall her name who cooked on the spot my breakfast that I ordered and so delicious and their breakfast is value for money. Ck, lady receptionist and Eric are the hidden rubies and gems for Arcadia hotel. Thumbs up for being so welcoming!

Overall the hotel was great. Cleanliness, the breakfast, the location was good. But the main thing that really left a good impression is how good and friendly the staffs was (esp. the hotel manager & morning receptionist, Thank you so much for the both of you! ). I was a solo traveler and first time in Singapore, and they were really helpful and accommodating to me. Would surely choose to stay to this hotel again on my next visit!

Pleasant experience. Stayed in loft which was very comfortable. Air conditioner took quite some time to cool the room but it was alright. Nespresso machine in the room, and branded shower essentials provided. Will visit again

The receptionist guy was super nice. Check in and check out process was super fast. They also allow us to store our luggage because it wasn't our check in time yet. Family room 201 was also quite huge, making our stay quite pleasant. Recommended!

I stayed here for 3nights. The staff were helpful and location was very good. Walking distance from food center, cafes and bars. famous pork rip soup shop on the corner. Only minus point is that there was no window in my room but the lighting was sufficient and comfortable to stay.

I been here almost 3 times.. the loft room it my favourites.. the 3 times i check in to the hotel, a lady at front office no smile at all. Im not complaining but no matter we have to serve guest, im doing hotel management no matter what we have to smile.. A smile is very important. So far i been here i have no problem with the check in. Im just giving my opinion.. overall was good stay…

I booked this hotel coz most hotels located near MRT were fully booked and I am avoiding hotels in the red light district where I stayed last time. Arcadia did not disappoint me at all and definitely will stay again the next time I visit SG. It's so close with the bus station (1-2 min walk) and to Bendemeer Station (2-3 min walk). Walking distance from City Square Mall, convenience stores, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Lavender Station is also near. The staff were also nice especially the young gentleman in the front desk. We had the family room with windows. The hotel is not as new as other hotels but it was clean. They changed the towels everyday and replenish the bottled water. Just bring an adapter for your devices because the outlets only fit with 3 way.

Boutique Hotel in the Quiet Corner of Jalan Besar”
A little boutique hotel in Jalan Besar, surrounded by many eateries and cafes. Accessible by several MRT stations, closest one being Bendemeer. There's also the Jalan Besar Stadium right behind which you can visit for a quick workout session. I booked a single room which turns out to be pretty cosy (I almost slept past check-out time) despite having no window. Wifi is strong and there's also cable channels on the TV.
