Excellent hotel”
This is a very nice hotel. We had a bedroom suite, it was extremely comfortable. Pool looked nice but I didn't get a chance to use it. The concierge was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary tuk tuk ride to nearby destinations. The hotel is a little off the main road, but worth the 5 minute walk to get there. Highly recommended.

Mr Nat & all the staffs at the apartment is super friendly & helpful. They provide tuk tuk to bts phloen chit & central embassy mall. It made things easier for us as it's quite far to walk in with all the shopping bags. Tuk tuk service available till 1030pm. Overall, apartment is spacious and very clean. Worth the money!

The room is clean even you're not the one who clean it yourself! There are many facilities such as washing machine and electric stove. Moreover, you can borrow the hotel pans and other equipment so that you can cook and enjoy yourself like home. It is also reasonable price for your lazy days.

Wonderful place to stay”
The room was very large and so was the bathroom. The place was spotlessly clean. The staff were also extremely polite and efficient. I did not have bottled water available in the room. On calling reception, I received two bottles within 10 minutes of my request. The breakfast, however, could have been improved. It was limited although adequate. The biggest downside to this hotel was that it was far from the main road. It takes approximately 20 minutes to walk to the main road. That aside, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and if you are looking for a suite, this would be a wise choice.

Lovely stay and so comfy beds”
Our first time staying here and we wanted our last night in BKK to be a good one. They didn't disappoint. We were so pleased with the fantastic service esp with Mr JJ who helped us with our luggage, gave us good advice on travel ideas nearby and helped us get a cab back to the airport the next morning. The thai dinner ala carte was delicious! Beds were so comfy. Only issue was the pool that was freezing cold at night. Already informed the reception and saw them get maintainance to fix it. Too bad we didn't get to try the pool out again. They have an awesome tuk tuk service to send us out to the main rd a few steps away to BTS. Overall, a great and lovely stay. Will definitely be back again! Thank you Mr JJ :)

Excellent place to dwell ”
My first time here at Arcadia suites and absolutely marvellous huge room beautiful comfy bed washer machine is a bonus staff are so pleasant so I give it a big thumbs up 👍🏼 the BTS is 10 minutes walk or get the free hotel tuk tuk to drop ya off I will definitely be coming back here again million percent didn’t want to Leave to come back to this dreadful country England

Great location and props to the washing machine”
Very central situated in Ploen Chit. They have a free tuktuk that can take you to the BTS station. Central Embassy is just beside and the tuktuk can also take you and fetch you. Very central to all the shopping malls. Will definitely stay here again!

High standards in a posh area for a great price”
We stayed here due to the proximity to the Swiss Embassy. It turned out to be a very pleasant surprise, with a big living room, large bed and luxurious bath tub. The pool is an ideal place to relax and the bathrooms have a working (and hot!) steam room. The only point to improve would be that the functionality of the TVs appears to have been restricted beyond Thai channels. I like to be able to connect my phone to the smart functions and watch YouTube that way. Lastly, service was excellent. We forgot our phone charger in the room and were able to pick it up, nicely wrapped, a few days later. Highly recommended, especially for the price!

Comfy hotel (more like service apartment) hidden in Soi Nanglerng. I reserved one more night directly with the hotel and got a room upgrading for a total stays, so impressed! And it’s very worth the price. The overall hotel is just a bit old but still clean and well-designed. Beware that the road over there is one way. Anyway, the hotel can cover a transportation to nearby place for you.

Honestly, a well located, good value apartment that is lovely in design, and has everything you need for an extremely comfortable stay in Bangkok. I've stayed in a lot of places in Bangkok, and I really recommend this one - also lovely, lovely response staff always there to help you with any issues.

A great value for money hotel”
Amazing staff service. I forgot an item in the hotel when I checked out and they safe kept it for me until I came back a few days later. The architecture and design of the hotel is amazing for the price. The room layout is well designed. If you are just looking for a quiet and well-equipped apartment to escape from the hectic life, this hotel is perfect. There are no good views outside the window. The area around the hotel is also dark and quiet at night. However, you can always delivery groceries and food to the hotel anyway.

Pool looked great. Hotel has tuk tuk to bts free of charge, our requests for amenities via calling the front desk were responded to promptly. Was told there’s transfer service to airport for 500thb. About 400m away from bts but that’s a manageable distance. Also walking distance to platinum and central world area

Reasonable price, full of amenities in the room”
The room is big and quiet. There are separated living room and cooking area. It more like service apartment. I was really enjoy the stay but at that time the kitchen and dining room was under construction. I hope I can try their breakfast for my next trip. Recommended!

Been wanting to stay here for a while now (it’s usually booked full). Lovely suite, clean and well equipped. We’re staying in Bangkok for a week so the washing machine came in handy. There’s a free tuktuk to the nearest station which was nice, although it’s not too long of a walk (10mins). The staff at the reception were very helpful to our requests too. Would definitely stay here again.
