Excellent budget hotel in a great location”
A great budget hotel in the perfect location between the beach and the shops of Hua Hin. Really nice, absolutely massively room compared to lots of other places we've stayed! Staff were really nice and helpful, they sorted out scooters for us to hire and pointed us in the direction of the best places to visit. Breakfast was good, standard western eggs and bacon etc. didn't eat dinner there but the food always smelt great when someone else was eating. It's a few minutes walk to the beach and to the many shops of hua hin. There's a free pool table in the bar which was nearly always available. Theres a bar in the hotel with a good selection of drinks at good prices. Overall a great stay.

Good choice of Hotel”
Could not have asked for a better service. The hotel was well located for all the sights to see locally around Hua Hin. Aree and his wife looked after us very well and always were there with a welcoming smile. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was cooked to order and there was a good choice. We hired the scooter from them to get us out and about and will recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Hua Hin.

Room-okay, staff- good, service-bad”
It is easy and close to get there after we got off the mini van from BKK. We arrived there around 1PM but the room was still not ready even after we waited around 30 minutes. The lady who in charge of the hotel know many things about Hua Hin, everytime we ask her about the transportation to other places she can give us useful info. They don't have free drinking water supply. But the worst is, the day when we checked out, in the morning, there is no water supply in the room!! We don't know what happened and no one inform us before.

Stayed in this hotel before... This was my 3rd visit which obviously shows its a very nice place. Get a lot for money and close to beach and central area. Next trip to Hua Hin I will certainly check availability

Short pleasant stay”
It's the second time we have stayed here. The staff are always pleasant and the place is always clean. However, having stayed in 3 different rooms with this hotel, I'm not overly satisfied with the condition of repair. The showers in all of the rooms we've stayed in have all been falling off the wall, broken shower heads so that the water sprays out the back and other such fixture issues. Not to mention the serious lack of plug sockets in the room and lack of windows too! It's a friendly and cheap place where the staff are attentive the food is reasonable and you're close to the attractions of Hua Hin.

Nice clean budget hotel”
We stayed for two nights here and we picked the place because it's close to some of our favourite things in Hua Hin. Firstly it's near to the minivan drop off and collection point for Bangkok (a two minute walk around the corner). And it's only walking distance to the Night Market, some great bars and one of the best full English breakfasts in town at Buffalo Bill's. The beach isn't too far, we cut through the Hilton and walked along the beach front to the nicest part in about 20 minutes, but if you're planning on getting out and about to see some of the sights further afield, then a motorbike is a good idea and the guys in the hotel will point it out to you. There were a couple of disappointments however. The shower head was busted and although the water pressure was good, most of the water came out of the back of the shower head. And secondly, no free water or coffee in the room.

pleasant hotel with small rooms”
A friendly hotel with very helpful staff. Located just a few minutes from the beach and in the centre of hua Hin. The rooms are small, and you have to climb stairs. No lifts. The beds were very uncomfortable and hard. Ended up with a bad back. It is OK for a couple of nights, but I would not reccomend long stays. Breakfast is extra, but you do have free internet and wifi use.

Lovel guesthouse”
The guesthouse is located in Hua-hin 55 road. You can walk not very far to the beach. The staffs are friendly. Room is quite ok for stay. Anyway, you can find better guesthouse in this price nearby.

This Hotel had Nice room, but most of these hadn't window, so there is no daylight. The staff is very friendly and helpful and our room was clean up every day. Anyway aree's House is definitly recommendable!

Good value and comfortable”
The staff were always friendly. We tried the restaurant several times and it was always good and reasonably priced. The room was well maintained and comfortable. If you have an issue with stairs there is no lift. It is close to the beach (you can see it from the hotel) with plenty of restaurants and good massage close by. The 'bar' area (you take the lane more or less opposite the hotel, follow it over another crossroad and you are more or less there)is about 10 mins walk. We would definitely stay there again. The only issue was the internet connection which was intermittent at best in our room, there is a sitting area between floors that had good connection so I just sat there the few times I needed good access.

If you like to walk , you can walk from Tain station about 10 to 20 mins,near beach, night marget , has good service the room is clean. But in my room has a problem with water drop from aircondition. please fix it. This have TV,fridge,hotwater . but no free drinking water , its not a big deal you can buy from lots of convenience store .

A fabulous guest house for an excellent rate. If you’re looking for true Thai hospitality, then this is the right kind of place for you. If you’re looking for upscale lavish surroundings, choose somewhere else. Staff are friendly, helpful and we’d happily stay again!! Great value and a true Thai guesthouse
