The hotel enjoys a great location near tourist attractions and has excellent facilities. Guests loved the clean, spacious, and modern rooms that come with all the latest amenities. Many reviews mention the excellent and friendly staff, including Muslim staff who can speak Malay. The hotel also offers halal meal options, and guests found it to be good value for money. The food at the hotel restaurant is delicious and is served with superb views.
Breakfast could improve, but guests overall had a great experience despite minor issues.

This hotel is located close to AoNang beach. My stay at this hotel was pretty nice. Had no issues with the staff either. The staff always greets you when you come down to the lobby and every time you enter the hotel. Rooms are decent and clean and it's value for money. Breakfast was included in our plan and it was just about okay. It has hard stop at 10 am. If you are one minute late also you won't get breakfast. There are quite a few eateries near the hotel so even if your flight lands late and you are tired to go to the night market you can just step out of the hotel and you can grab something to eat. Our first night in Krabi we ate at a nearby restaurant some Thai food and it was really good. The hotel also provides motorbikes on rent if you are interested. One downside is the pool is a little small but overall my stay at Krabi was pleasant and I had a nice stay.
We stayed here for 2 nights, we were offered an upgrade. The room was clean and decent sized with a balcony facing the pool and the mountains. The staff was very kind and helpful. The staff was respectful and offered us assistance with our luggage. Highly recommend staying here.
