Not your typical motel. This quaint little property is minutes from Batemans Bay CBD and across the road from the water and views. Parking is undercover outside your room and in a quadrangle away from the road. The rooms are very spacious as are the bathrooms and very clean. Every room has a table and chairs outside to take in the view or some chill time. Give the hot breakfast a try - you won’t be sorry and very reasonably priced. To sum up....I couldn’t find anything to fault it and I’ll be going back!

had a very enjoyable stay, it is very close to town and the room was very quiet. we ordered a hot breakfast and were very surprised by the amount of food you get for such a good price. The staff are very friendly.

Great Hotel on Beach road a short stroll from township. Staff very helpful and efficient. Room was very large and clean. Great water pressure! All up a comfortable stay.

Very bad internet.”

The location and hotel are good, but as a business owner, internet is very important. As an IT consultant, the whole network is not designed to handle big audience, very bad indeed. I could not run my business from the place at all. Almost risk losing international deals. This is the only one with limit of internet usage, it's very 1990s where DialUp / ADSL was used, and the router is at the reception, which was one bar away.
