Nice hotel but worst experience ”
The hotel has good facilities and nice view, but we have experienced the worst Check in service. We could not access the room with the key and changed a new key at the reception, but we still can’t get in to the room with the new key. Then we called the receptionist and sent us the security to check the problem. Later they found out the electric system of the door was out of batteries and they need to ask technician to fix it. And we asked how long this can be done as we have been wasting a lot of time waiting but the security can’t give us a time. Even the reception can’t do anything or change a room for us. I’m quite disappointed about the service indeed but fortunately after about 30mins we were able to get in.
Great hotel that is cheating its guest. AVOID IF YOU CAN”
Beautiful and idealy located hotel that is cheting its guest. Don't touch anything in minibar and its sorroundings if you don't want to be charged ridicoulus amount of 20USD for peanuts (16 USD for chips) while checking its nutrition facts. I've been charged for Snickers bar that I even didn't know that is available somewhere. So check your invoice twice while leaving. Can't imagine how such prestgious hotel can cheat its guest this way. AVOID ALWAYS WHEN POSSIBLE.
The Aria is a newer and nicer hotel than others on the strip and I can't fault the staff or the room. Beds were extremely comfy and the iPad to control the room lights, curtains etc was a nice touch. The pool area is large with a bar and regular table service but I just think the hotel is lacking in food outlets. There's plenty of choice for dinner but when it comes to breakfast or lunch other hotels have far more choice with food courts containing different options for a quick meal. Overall it was a good place to stay but I'd definitely go elsewhere next time.
Excellent hotel. Perfect location, spotlessly clean. Helpful staff. From looking at all the other hotels on the Las Vegas strip, I would rate this as probably the best one / most modern. Would definitely return to the same hotel. no question.
A fabulous hotel full of people ”
If you come to Las Vegas and looking for joy in gambling . This hotel is for you. The lobby is crowded with many activities. They have a lot of gambling machines , tables. They have cafe, patisserie, restaurants of all kinds, shops ... everything you need is on the ground floor. The buffet on the second floor is with long queue but as a hotel guest, you can use the table in your room to queue . That is convenient. Buffet is good with reasonable price.
terrible service front desk
It was our 47th anniversary. The Aria did not acknowledge this at all. Noisy, crowded with young kids who are there to drink, smoke and make noise. Not a great casino for players and a more mature crowd. We were at the Aria the year it opened. The fragrances of the Aria overwhelmed us. It now smells of smoke!
You would think...”
that a place so posh, with bottled water in the room costing more than small bottles of Jack Daniels, would have everything working in the room. However, this was not the case. Although the room was impeccably nice, the iPad controller, command center, that came with the room did not function, so so much for being wowed. Great place though. :-)
A pleasure stay”
Very clean and quiet room, comfortable bed and pillow, I love their bath tub too. Excellent service and location. There is no big sofa for child, but it didn’t matter to us coz we were only couples. My room was on 6th floor, no good view, but great privacy.
poor hotel not deserving a 5-star rating”
This is the worst 5-star hotel I ever lived in. I went to my room after check in and found that there was a glass cup right outside my door which obviously left by the previous resident. The room is almost the last room in the corridor so I called to see if it is possible to get a room change. The staff is rude and unhelpful. She blamed me that not request when I checked in. And said that there is no other available same type room (king bed) and you can upgrade your room or change it to twin bed. Thats the only thing we can offer to you. Actually there is no why that I knew the room is the last room unless I came up and I truly not believe that Aria hotel has that limited room for king bed room. As for the glass cup, the staff said it must be some others residents put there. That is so ridiculous! I do not think there will be someone walking to the end of the corridor (there is almost 40 rooms distance from the lift to my room) to put that glass cup. Apart from the poor service of staff, the room facility is poor too. There is no safety box. The ventilation in the bathroom is extremely poor. There was also blood stain on the bedsheet. This is really the poorest stay I ever had in my whole life and I do not think this hotel deserve a rating of 5-star with that service. I will never live in Aria again.
5 Stars hotel at prime location, but needs to work on detail for the high price”
Both queen bed mattresses are so soft on one side and hard on the other, like sleeping on a slope. Rotate the mattress regularly will help. Garbage left in fridge. Hallway not clean. The automated sensing system in the refrigerator/minibar not accurate, got bill for something we did not consume (got take out from the bill quickly though).
Aria is great , BUT staff wake you up in morning 2-3 time to clean your room after saying "NO"”
The good thing is you're close to the casino. The bad part is the staff wake you up two three times every morning to clean your room after saying no to room service. Even if you get the room serviced the night before they will knock on your door to service the room the next morning ...There is also a wellness check that will happen if you do not allow the staff to clean your room in 2 days. They will insist they come into your room to check to make sure nothing is happening. This is fine but they don't take into consideration the occupants of the hotel room and when it's convenient for them
Beautiful hotel with a few small complaints ”
Beautiful hotel, has the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Spotless clean, great check in, great food options, nightclub in aria is really fun. Location is perfect, walking distance to anything you’d want on the strip. Few small complaints- in my opinion, the holding deposit they put on the room is excessive and unnecessary. We stayed for 6 nights and the deposit was $600USD. Why? The fridge in the room is full of items for purchase, and there is no space for your own stuff. If you move their stuff, you get charged for it. Mini bar is excessively expensive ($20 for a bottle of water).
4 night stay over Thanksgiving”
Absolutely wonderful facility. Aria tries to market itself as a food destination, and all the restaurants we ate at there were good to excellent. We had a nice room that had a good view of the strip looking south, but with blackout shades to keep the neon out while we were trying to sleep. My wife is a real stickler about cleanliness, and she had no complaints. Location was excellent, with the Crystals Mall attached and the Miracle Mile facility across the street, and of course most of the rest of the strip within walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will say that they were effective in getting you into the Vegas spirit of dishing out your cash, as you finally just get numb to the high prices for everything. Minibar prices in the room were so outrageous, however, that we did not go near that thing.
Fabulous stay experience!”
The location is fantastic, it’s about 10-15min ride from the airport. The location is right smack in the middle of the new strip. The room is HUGE for our family of 4, staff here is really helpful, and friendly while attending to our request. The only disappointment is that there is no complimentary water in the room. Not too sure if this is the culture in states. Other than that everything is perfect!
This was my first time at Aria. The room is large and full of amenities. Although the hotel is not right on the strip, I still had a good view of the strip from my room. There are many good restaurant and shopping options in the hotel and in the surrounding area. The pool area is amazing. Check-in/out was quick and painless. I would stay here again.
Modern hotel with nice restaurants”
Pro: modern n stylish hotel, plenty of selections of restaurants which open till late. Con: slow service - no slippers were provided to our room ( they probably missed). We needed to make 2 phone calls to help desk and waited for 45 minutes for them to send over the slippers.
Great facility and location”
I love the location, the pool and buffet the most. The negative part was calling the front dest, the hotel is too busy for them to answer the phone. Housekeeping needs to be called everyday to get the room clean or else its not
