Value for money. Just opposite Mustafa shopping centre.. Very easy to find food (mostly indian & vegetarian food) 2 star hotel but very convenient..suitable for those not fussy.

Arianna Hotel is in very good location in Little India near Public transportations. Many Restaurants Indian as well Chinese just outside the Hotel and opposite the Mustafa Mall, a unique Asian Mall to be really seen. Public Transportation are in walking distance. To the biggest electronic shopping Malls: SIM LIM Square & SIM LIM Tower. Walking Distance to Arab Quarter, must have seen "Haji Lane". I will stay there again.

Before travelling I paid Ariana Hotel by Visa so that I would not have to worry about payment. In spite of this payment I made, they sent me emails saying that I will have to pay them for my stay on arrival. I did not have any proof of payment to show them so without complaint since I was tired from my trip from London, I payed them again. I was going to pursue the matter on my arrival in Australia. However they might have realised their mistake of charging me twice so they gave me a credit note. THEY DID NOT APOLOGIZE FOR THEIR MISTAKE,THOUGH. They were downright arrogant about their own mistake. We all make mistakes but it is common manners to say "Sorry". Neither will I recommend nor ever stay in Ariana Hotel again.

The location is not too close to subway (Probably walking 5-10 min). The room size quite small but comfortable for us. The breakfast was good and had choices as well.

Location: Good. Located opposite the Mustafa Centre. A 4-5 mins walk to the nearest MRT and bus station. Many restaurants and convenience shops nearby. PIC at the counter was friendly and helpful. Room: Small, looks a bit old. TV, telephone, safe box and hairdryer did not work. Kettle was provided too, didn't try it out. No fridge. The TV cables were disconnected. Toilet was small, damp and the water temperature difficult to control. There were little cockroaches in the room and toilet. The sink drains water slow, so there was stagnant water after use. AC works ok. The beds, blanket, towels, bedsheet were clean and comfortable. Room was not sound-proof, so was able to hear other guests talking in the other room. Overall, needs improvement on the cleanliness and ensure all amenities are working.
