Something good in the making”
Interesting room design- two floors with living area downstairs and bed upstairs. Small and cozy and White- everything was white- which I like. Seems as if construction and landscaping is ongoing though not disruptive. There are a few sheep and horses to pet/see. Bikes for rent are available though expect to break a sweat as the gradient is steep going up. Can hire buggies for 150thb an hour. Swings and green grounds for play but not much else. It got chilly at night and was extremely hot in the day. The restaurant serves nice Thai food with generous portions. However, breakfast was not good. There was no variety, one slice of toast per person, rice and cold stir fried veggies and an egg. For the price of accommodation we expected a bit more. It’s a shame as the establishment seems rather nice. Located close to the Alpaca farm and the water park.
Comfy days with nice view of mountains”
We drove a bit far from attractions to get to the hotel, but since we arrived we knew it worth to stay here. Mountain view was such a good thing so see, we were there in rainy season, so we woke up in the morning watching view and hearing patter-pitter sound. Jacuzzi was the thing that attracted us so much. We spent time relaxing at the resort until we forgot we had another things to do at another places;)
I love this place
Have to improve regading cleanness of the room, bathtube, coffee cup, however, worth money for this type of resort.
Excellent location and very friendly staff”
I stayed here with a large, extended family of Thais and Americans. The rooms were large and clean and the view and atmosphere were very pleasant. The staff were *very* helpful, especially with our young children. The hot tub in one of the units wasn't working, but the tubs in the other units were fine. I would definitely stay here again.
Peaceful and cosy resort”
The hotel provided a reasonable breakfast. Love the room's design, chic and cosy feeling but a little too small for our expectation. The atmosphere made us feel like we were not in Thailand together with breezy cooling weather at the time of our stay. The only downside was that the in room-toilets gave a foul odour every time it was flushed.
good romantic place
best for couple, nice view and room, not clean so much, too much insect, awful breakfast, and need more cares and attention from the owner”
I stayed in hut-type room for one night and here's what I found out. Bathroom was nice and good design. Jacuzzi was not too difficult to use. Hot water was not working well. Room was not that clean. My bed and pillow had some kind of dirty mark and there were some insect poos on the floor. Insects can get in the room and that's very awful, too much of them. Breakfast here was THE most disappointing thing in this resort. It's not delicious for me and not worth the price at this rate, need improvement asap. Staffs were polite, kind, and very helpful. I'm impressed. Improvements on cooking, cleanliness, and management are required in order to run the resort worth of customers' money BUT the room, landscape, and view are exceptional and very suitable for charging your body's battery. Overall is OK for me, I would say the price's a bit too high for the quality but if the resort can improve their service quality, as I recommended, this place would be MAGNIFICENT and worth both time and money.
Wrong type of room given to us...”
I went to Aristo Chic Resort yesterday with my girlfriend. Firstly, staffs inform me that the hotel has been booked and the confirmation email has arrived into my inbox. Yet, the next day, Aristo Chic called me and said the room is no longer available for me and they asked me to choices some other nearby hotels. But an hour later, they called me back and said I have finally got a room. The one I booked was "Villa type" which has 2 floors and open air Jacuzzi. Depond my arrival, the hotel gave me "Hut" type which has smaller size and it does have only one floor!! Plus the "Dtac" network will never work here. So we suddenly decided to change our hotel in that day. WITHOUT receiving any refund.
Fine hotel but wont return again”
Room was not impressed. Bath tub was so difficult to use, Hot water was not working well. Hotel space are very big and may need proper cleaning & maintenance. Room was not clean during the day time.no activity to do here. Drive 30-40 min from Suanpueng center (a bit far) but the landscape was good. Hotel was not bad but paying 4000 Bath a night was way too expensive for this quality.
Relax with fresh air ”
Staffs are very friendly. The resort is quite far from the town, and very dark at night because it's very close to the mountain where we could get great view and fresh air. The surrounding is good, but I was little disappointed from unclean outdoor jacuzzis.we chose this resort b'cos want to sock ourself among the stars.but we can't cos it was not clean enough. So i think the room rate should be less expensive However, I'm very impress from the staff who tried to serve breakfast set as we requested even it was at noon already ..
quiet hide away place”
Staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean with good design. We booked during the low season so the weather was not at its best, however, overall was good. It was nice sitting outside and listening to the sound of nature at night. (luckily I don't mind sitting with the insects) Still the improvement is needed. We stayed at the Hut type which was quite isolate. There was no staff around since it's far from the lobby so we had to dial using our cell if we needed something cause there was no phone in the room. The breakfast was also very common compare to the hotel at this price.
Nice and quite surrounding. Feels Private ”
I booked Aristo Chic via agoda for only 2 hours before departure. Staff provided us a very quick check-in and tell us all the information before we get into the room. Also the let us to aware about the night time that the insect will come to the light which is good :)
Great atmosphere for a wonderful getaway.”
My wife and I visited the resort during winter. Frankly, the room and facilities were quite common, but the serene atmosphere the place offered was just perfect. The weather was breezy/chilly which was heaven-like compared to the heat of Bangkok. The resort location was quite remote - it was further away from the more popular areas of Suan Phueng - but there were a couple of good restaurants nearby.
Firstly, i would like to thank the owner who is really helpful to give us a ride when our pick up did not turn up. There are still room for improvement especially in terms of english proficiency. All the staff doesn't speaks much english except for the owner. also, weather were pretty chilly when i was there and the water heater wasn't working properly. All in all, the stay is still pleasant.
Great relax but too isolated!”
Overall is ok but it's a bit too far from the main attraction so you will need to plan your trip well. (30 kms away) The road to the resort is not well equipped with lighting so you should get to the resort before dark. One point that I want to make here, the resort has some sheep but they are not well cared. It's quite sad to see them starving in the field with skin problems. If they can't handle them well then they better not have them at all.
It is not really recommended to anyone if you would like to good customer service. When i was first check in, the check in counter is nowhere to be found and we have to ask around and they just sya "oh check in here". After that, We are even a room with air conditioner which is drifting water. Then we told it to the staff and they are not quite happy with it and after waiting for 2 hours, they assign us to stay in another location of their hotel which is not offically open yet so we are FREE upgrade but with scary no one surrounding at night. Breakfast is horrible, i thought it is going to be a buffet like a 4 stars hotel should be but I was wrong, they come with 2 eggs, 2 bread, 2 very small hot dog and 1 bacons, and that's all for breakfast. totally disappionted with this hotel and we will not coming back again.
Cozy and peaceful”
We were peaceful and relaxed staying at Aristo. Really recommended to those who want to get rid away from city and need some chill place and fresh air to recharge your battery. However, the hotel is located quite far from the main road and other attractions.
Free Wi-Fi in all rooms!
