Disappointed service, inefficient and unkind front
large room, close to universities, easy access to metro
After electricity blackout for 4 times in one of four rooms we stayed, they let us move to use hair dryer in another empty room that evening. We deserved an apology, but not even a word of a simple sorry! When they let us move to a new room the next evening, they simply denied to bring us the key card. It was late in the night, when we had to walk up and down for 6 times moving from one to another room. And again no apology! You can feel horrible smoking smell in different non-smoking rooms on non smoking floor. The hotel staff denied to listen to you, denied to move you to a non smoking room in a very rude way, and even laughed at you when you said you have serious allergy. The key card of one room was cancelled, when we came back at midnight from our excursion to Tianjin, exhausted. They refused to fix it, insisting that we had to pay our meals charged to our rooms because the amount was higher than our deposit. It was midnight! Is this an abuse of consumer right or an abuse of human right?!?

Large room, high ceiling, good location for university business
The front desk needs much more training to meet even a low level of international standard. They should learn how to work in the hotel business and how to apologize for not being able to deliver what is promised to their customers.

value for money, close to subway station, big room (loft style)
Overall a good stay. Value for money and free wifi in the room. Would stay again. Front desk staff are friendly though they could be more attentive when they have a customer in front of them. At times "appear" rude when they try to deal with other things during one check in. Reception area echo too much, which makes it a noisy check in process. Cafe is quiet, comfortable and clean. But, at 2pm they have their meeting out in the open even when there is a customer in the cafe??

A not bad experience
Excellent design for the double deck in a room while the service is satisfactory.
The room is nice with double-deck design with bathroom on each floor while one with bathtube. Please note the price is simply a standard room offer under the Agoda promotion! Since it was winter time and the central air-conditioner blew hot air into the room to avoid the customer freezing. However, the temperature of the upper floor was too hot which could not be adjust by self. This is the only one weakness of this hotel.

Great lobby, good service, clean and impressive hotel. Awesome spa with a traditional sauna, a steam room, a nice pool with a great view, and more...Would definitely stay again!

Great location with good service
The staff are polite and friendly
The location was near to MRT station. Easy to access to nearby shopping mall. During working hours traffics are congested. Nice, clean and comfortable to stay in the hotel suite.
